    Really, these public outbursts between Jennifer and Anne are becoming ridiculous. Jenn should take her aside and tell her she needs to speak with her in her office.  Their confrontations are like something out of "mean girls."

    then where would our outrage be? Actually, the professional thing to do would be to tell her (Anne) that her actions are unacceptable in the workplace and if she has issues with her work hours (Jen’s) she should talk to her supervisor.

    However, that said, Anne has a point. Jen IS rarely at work. And it’s not like she is out doing hospital work when she leaves. It is always personal.

     I don’t think I’ve ever seen Kate in her office, nor Sami, nor EJ  They talk about it, but are never really AT their  job.   It’s a good thing Caroline and Sonny have places to get coffee and/or eat or they’d all starve to death.

     Well Anne is the head of human resources. Why is she constantly at the nurses station? Yes, she is at work, but she too is rarely working. She is too busy trying to mess up the "Horton" legacy. It would make so much more sense to have a back story on Anee to explain why she hates the Hortons son much. Not only that, but she talks to Daniel like he is a custodian instead of a Doctor!! She may have a point about Jen, but I presume that Jen is on salary so her hours can be flexible.

    no rhyme or reason to her disrespect to the hospital staff, regardless of whether it’s Jennifer or a staff nurse, and as far as Daniel is concerned, she should be fired for insubordination for the way she speaks to him. Seems the only one she doesn’t give ‘lip’ to is Kayla, so why isn’t someone bringing her (Kayla) up to speed regarding this woman’s antics. I worked in law all of my life, and in some pretty prestigious firms, and believe me when I tell you that if my head of HR EVER spoke to any attorney the way she does, let alone a high ranking partner, he/she would be out pounding the pavement looking for a job the same day. I could just strangle Anne Millbauer with my bare hands. LOL!

    So I also think that Ann is not a nice person to put it mildly. I also agree that the snarky confrontations in the public areas are juvenile, as was the dumb attempt by Anne to highjack the Christmas story reading. However, as someone else said on this post, Jennifer isn’t shown at work very much. She’s always off doing something else. And c’mon, just putting Abby in the assistant job was terrible narcissism, at least if she is getting paid which it looks like she is since she is putting in for the position at the full-time rate. So no, I do not like Anne but I think she is justified in her professional criticisms of Jennifer just not in the way that she airs them.

    she is not Jen’s superior so it’s really non of her business what Jen does or doesn’t do. If it bothers her so much, she should go to Jen’s boss and report her.

    And I think you meant nepotism, not narcissism. But nepotism usually takes place where the relative is placed in a position over all others. I don’t see any reason why Abby couldn’t work for Jen.
