It seems like everyone is joining up for some kind of conspiracy or other. Let’s see, there is Kate and Clyde, Clyde and EJ, Chad and Stefano, Kate and Sami, Stefano and Kristen, now Chad and Kate and who knows who else.
That reminds me, I really loved EJ putting Clyde in his place yesterday. Clyde was acting so smug and superior and coming off like a little puppy trying to swat at the big dog. You’re out of your league Clyde…WAY out of your league. And I hope you get burned.
Sounds like he’s setting Stef up but intends to be the ultimate Dimera. Hard to read him at this point.
I think that E.J. will in fact be alive and ride off with Sami but the citizens of Salem will think he died.
I posted a while back that it would be GREAT if Clyde it to blame for E.J.’s death (even if only us, the audience know he’s alive) so that the people of Salem can really fear Clyde. He could be the next big bad buy for Salem since Joe M. is getting older and we don’t see much of Victor anymore.
So far James has been outstanding in this role – would love to see more of him.
I’d hate that. I don’t like him at all. Something may happen to change my mind but I don’t know what it would be.
guess I can hang in there for a few more weeks, but his conniving and playing the candles at both ends is beginning to bore me. I need to see him knocked down a peg or twenty.
And can we please stop with the Abigail Devereaux show??? God, that girl disgusts me so so much. I seriously wish she would leave.

he’s dealing with, and soon. I would hate to see him have anything with the death of E.J., faked or not. I think it will be Chad, but will he be in on it or not. Is he seriously going to turn on his brother after once saving his life; and does he really despise Stefano, or are they playing Kate? He’s playing it well so far, cause I seriously can’t figure out what the heck he’s doing yet. And, does he really give a red rat’s a$$ about Abigail Devereaux? Personally, I would be just fine he steals Abigail from Ken-doll, sweeps her off her feet, they (Chad and the sweetheart princess who can do no wrong in Salem) ride off into the sunset together, resulting in Ben falling apart, turning gay, and stealing Sonny away from Will. Yes, I could live with that.
I am beginning to think that when Sami & EJ leaves the show the people on this board will be tuning out:
Abby, Jen , Dan, Teresa ,Chad, Ben, Jordan, Will and , Eve = Seems that no likes them, or they are too boring, can’t act, want them gone, to mean or just plan bitches ???
Abby …. the writers are writing her that way, she is doing her job ,acting (I think she is doing her best acting) get pissed at the writers not the actress for doing her job.
Jen & Dan … It can not be the Sami/EJ show anymore they are leaving, HATE Dan & Jen because ??? what have I missed
Teresa …… same as Abby.. but she is being written as Teresa
Chad …. what’s wrong with him?? I think he is doing a heck of a job.
Ben & Jordan …. they both started off slow but are starting to show who they are ( per the writers)
Eve ….. I can see why no one likes her but again she is doing her job.
Will …. he is the one that I can not understand I like Will and Sonny and the minute the writers start to mess with this duo all H3ll will break ( they are the ONLY good & happy couple on the show other then Vic & Maggie why mess with that with adding Ben ?
I know that this board is for us to Bitch and moan about stuff that we do not like and stuff that we do but is Sami/EJ the only thing we liked about the show ???? I like Dan & Jen (together or apart) I like Teresa ( being selfish) love the New Chad( he bring in a different Chad to the mix) I know there were people that did not like the old Chad either ( he was not a good actor ?? )
I guess I am just getting SAD about DOOL when I hear some of the people that I know love this show as much as I do Knock it down I am hoping that DAYS will continue to be a good show.
OK I guess I am done bitching and moaning about the bitching and moaning ..smile ..I think I got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning …smile.

I too moan and groan about the characters and the show but it’s still my Days and I will continue to watch and enjoy it until the end.

And you, too, justwondering and Bonbon. I hate to see Sami and EJ go, but I will continue to watch the show even when they are gone. There are plenty of interesting stories going on now–of course some more than others. I hope all the Days fans out there will continue to watch the show because I for one would be really sad if the viewership ever goes down and the show is cancelled.
I think that people always romantize about the past, the good "ole DAYS". There have been many times when the plot has been really wierd— the adventure with Princess Gina, the possession story of Marlena, Melaswen island, etc.
Days have had many "super couples" who have come and gone and sometimes come again. It has also survived the departure of much beloved couples and characters and still goes on.
John and Marlena were fired, so were Jack and Lucas (several times). Several quit, most ended up returning! (except Bo) There have been recasts that people hated (NuPhilip, Nu Belle, some say NuWill) and some recasts people ended up loving. (Eric and Brady come to mind)
Please remember that both Sami and EJ CHOSE to leave, as did Chandler. They were not thrown to the curb. Somehow, I feel that they will been seen again working elsewhere.
Days has to move forward and will. Chad has an agenda and is definitely become the new dark DiMera. Yes, he is much different than Casey, but he grew up and grew dark. Sh*t happens!! A new villian is needed.
As for Will and Sonny, conflict is always part of a soap, couples never stay happy so this is true to form.
I think we should be happy that DAYS has survived when so many soaps have not. I use to watch The Doctors, Another Word and Somerset. never got into Passions. (these were all on NBC). There were plenty on CBS and ABC and most are gone. Let’s enjoy it while it lasts!!
