And not at all shocking to anyone since everyone knows I love Sami…
BUT
She was spot on w/what she told Marlena. Yup – she sprung Jan out for all her own selifish reasons. But she was right: what about Claire who tried to TORCH Ciara. And Ben who KILLED four (well 3) people. Those are all okay b/c they are important to others? Same with Eli and his nonsense about Kristen. Like Salem PD never "looked the other way" for family?!
That’s one of the many reasons I love me some Sami Brady. She might be selfish but she definitely aint holier than thou. LOL
People really seem to be picking on Sami and ignoring the fact that others have done things just as bad. I’ve thought all along in this storyline that Nicole was just as much to blame for the whole Allie baby mess as Sami. From the start, Nicole seemed to be getting into the middle of things (just like she was with Eric’s baby parentage) and not staying neutral. She seemed to always be coming between Sami and Allie and never once even trying to smooth things over between mother and daughter. And, everyone pointed the finger at Sami for blowing up at John, when John was yelling and mad, too. I just think people in Salem are going overboard in blaming Sami when other people and circumstances in the past are no different.
I always feel like I’m alone on the Pro Sami train.
Yes her theatrics are still the same as when she was chasing Austin. Can she use a lil maturing? Sure. As I said on another post I wish they matured her but kept her the same. Let her take over DiMera like Alexis Colby (circa Dynasty) or go head to head with another tuff bitch on the show. But keep Sami SAMI!!! DOOL usually screws up characters but I think Ali makes sure that Sami stays who she is.
Nicole’s motives were not pure – she enjoyed sticking it to Sami. If she didn’t she would have said "Allie you have to try to talk to your Mom" and instead she said "Oh I know – I’ve had my fair share of Sami." There was no good intent there. I for one am glad Eric is leaving. I hope Nicole is left holding the bag and is miserable. She’s such a good actress but the Nicole character brings very little to the show. I wish Kate got her air time LOL
