What a waste of time. Marlena acted with Stefano like she was making a social call, all smiles and pleasantries. I wanted to puke! And watching Chyka didn’t help that feeling very much either. (What happened with that drink of water thing? Did I miss something?)
This vendetta Marlena is on is so contrived. She has no inkling whatsoever of anything Nicole had done to indicate she had any information or was covering up anything. So stupid.
Marlena is the new Kate! I gues when writers don’t know what to do with characters, they make them meddlers!!! WHat about Roman? Telling Eric that Nicole is no good and did terribel things!!! How old is Eric???? They are treating him like he is a little kid!!
As someone else mentioned, she must love Eric more, cause if anyone should be counseled about life partners, it is Sami.!!!!
I don’t get how she can be so supportive of Will and anti Nicole!!
because clearly she knows Nicole, and knows her well enough to know that Nicole is trying to remove Eric from the one thing he loves …. being a priest. Even though Eric is convinced that he loves Nicole more than his love for being a priest, I just can’t buy that knowing how devout a man he truly is. I believe that if he even knew for a moment that Nicole could have cleared his name, and that he could have remained a priest and been reinstated with the church and all that goes with it, he would not have made the decision to be with Nicole, regardless of how much he believes in his love for her. Nicole has done a very bad thing, and Marlena is simply trying to get to the bottom of it, because none of Eric’s family want him to leave the priesthood for what they consider to be the wrong reason, so she is trying to prove he was sexually assaulted by Kristen with the help of Chyka, and, by association with Chyka, with Nicole as well. I don’t know why Nicole decided to do it this way, but it will all be for naught if/when Eric finds out the truth. Yes, Nicole is desperate to be loved and so admitted that to Stefano by attesting to the fact that all she wants is to be with someone who loves her as much as she loves him, but to me she is going about it all the wrong way. I have a feeling Nicole’s plan will backfire at some point, because, let’s face it, this is the way Nicole has been written for years and I don’t see it improving any with this storyline. Nicole is, and always has been, her own worst enemy. Shame!!
Yes, I, too, found it so silly when Marlena suspected Nicole of withholding evidence (even though it was true). I guess she has psychic powers now (?).
When did Marlena become a lawyer. She really disgusts me. She just kept on pushing and proding Chyka. Reminds me of Sami and her mouth that won’t shut up. She should have been at work where she belonged instead of nosing in to everyone’s business. I was hoping Sami would bust in the door where Abigail and E.J. were and see what was going on. That would make my day.
