Didn’t take the new mother long to pawn her child off…What mother does that?

My first born cried constantly and I just couldn’t seem to get him to quiet down.  (Now I blame it a lot on being a new and inexperienced parent but a lot of it was colic also.)  Anyway, my mom would shoo me out of the house every couple of days to get a break.  It’s a good thing she did too or I probably would be in the nut house still.

Bonbon, that’s different.  That was your mother.  Newborns should not be around lots of people for a while.  To give Chloe the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was catching some ZZZs.

but the truth of why she left Parker alone already to go out on a date is a stupid thing when she was just saying something about how much she loved being a mother…

I could see the point about the ZZZZ’s if Daniel was working and she needed some sleep time to be right there and have Maggie babysit while she got some well deserved rest.  Lot’s of Mom’s do that – have relatives or friends stay with them the first six weeks or so.

But this isn’t the case with Chloe.  Barbie Mom (as I am intending on calling her from now on…) needed date time.  I predict the next time we see her she will be thrashing in bed in a negligee with Danny – wasn’t that always suppose to be a four to six week wait time to after a baby?

Like I mentioned before Parker will be stowed away until he’s of age and Chloe doesn’t have to mess with him – I would have hoped that the writers would have been more realistic with Chloe and her child given her own childhood history.

Whew! Yes, I am!  Okay, they’re going to do a postpartum depression storyline for Chloe.  Maybe that’s why they’re showing her being such an inconsiderate new mommy by going out and leaving a newborn, things like almost dropping the kid the other day, burning the lasagna, things like that.  I would have thought it would be that she would have a mental breakdown once the truth comes out, but don’t be surprised if we won’t see a whole new set of acting chops when Nadia plays this story out.  She said it’s really a challenge, but she’s loving it.

she will do the same with this.  At least they are giving us a realistic storyline and one that, to my knowledge, hasn’t been done before.
