His new show I cant think of the name starts tuesday at 8. on spike tv I think. It looks pretty sexy. I’d like to watch it but I’m gonna have to wait til we get a dvr becuase it’s on the same time as American idol!
I don’t think it’ll be the same with both Simon and what’s-her-face (having a senior moment) gone.
I’m afraid they are going to lose a lot of watchers this year.
Actaully Simon is leaving after this upcoming season.
and that’s great for Darrin Brooks! but I don’t have Spike. I’ll be watching AI tomorrow too!
Nora – you will love DVR. A dear "Day’s" friend of mine (thank you Linda) convinced me to get one four years ago! So worth it! You never miss a show even if two shows are playing simutaniously (sp) or you can pause live t.v. (great for dinner time and when the dog insists on going out)! And it sure beats having to rewind the video tape a few times to hear what Vivian or Victor or Maggie said at a crucial moment in the show.
I’ve had a dvr! We are temporarily renting an apartment until we get into our new house, which will be in about another month. i hate being without a dvr though! Thank God I just got employed again so my husband will get us cable when we move into the house! LOL! I cant wait til we get a dvr again!
I agree….with Paula gone, and now next year Simon! It’ll be questionable…The only thing that may work, is if they get great legandary singers to judge….like Cher, Janet Jackson, Dolly Pardon,ect. I like Ellen….but,no more then a fill in judge(for fun) I think they’ll loose credibility IMo. And by all means a DVR is the way to go!
They’re replacing Simon with Howie Mandel. I’m sorry but I just can’t see him filling Simon’s shoes. And I don’t even watch the show. Well, I may catch a little of it now and then but I’m not a regular watcher.
Maybe Simon’s new show, The X Factor will be even better. And I’ll bet we’ll see Paula on it. Mark my words.
Blue Mountain State, on Spike TV last night. Nothing to rave about. As a matter of fact, if I had a kid at home of college bound age, it would be the last show I would want him/her to see. Nothing but sex, drugs, booze, hazings, initiations and over-the-top vulgarity. I was surprised. Darrin was really cute and the absolute best part of the show, but he did things on this BMS that would have made Max Brady look like Little Lord Fauntleroy.
