Great scenes with the two of them today. They brought tears to my eyes. They love each other and are both too stubborn to forgive. Makes me forget this is just a soap! It seemed very genuine. Good acting.
has been amazing. I have found that characters, whether I hate them, love them, or simply love to hate them, have brought a certain humility to themselves, realizing that this one little boy has made each of them realize how much they need one another, not for their own sake, but for his. I thought I was going to despise this storyline, but I find myself hoping that it continues, if only to show how a life or death situation of one small boy can make each one involved in his plight seem to be putting him first and at least making an attempt to tolerate one another for his sake. I don’t know how long it will last, but for now it is exactly the way it should be. I congratulate the writers, directors, and the amazingly talented actors involved with Johnny’s story. It has brought out the best in all of you.
