Just read this on Days Cafe    http://www.dayscafe.com/sneakpeek.html

The holiday moments continue for the Hortons.

Not for Sami and Nicole, however, who get in a

      fight at the hospital!

    – Nicole might have to choose after all!

    – EJ and Sami’s short lived truce is over! He proposes

to Nicole – but here comes Viv with some nasty pics!

    – Brady vows to take Viv down.

    – Someone’s plans do not go as smoothly

as they had hoped! Unlucky Steph is about to learn

that mama Kayla is back in town – and she thinks for

sure Steph did as promised and told the truth about

Parker’s paternity. which is why she blurts out that

Dan is not the real father – at the baptism!

    – Sad times for the Bradys when Caroline suffers a stroke.

    – Phil and Chloe feel the pressure. They have lots of

      explaining to do …

but Sami and Nicole getting into another fight, and at the hospital no less, is kinda’ disgusting.  Remember where you are, ladies.  (Take her outside, Sami, and beat the crap out of her)

and Kayla is right at the head of the pack. What is wrong with her to blurt out something about a child’s paternity at the baptism? She gets on my last nerve most of the time, just like Adrienne did yesterday when she wanted to tell the "secret" about Parker. These people need to mind their own business.

have one just recently?  I wonder if the writer’s know who their audience is and that there is more of a percentage of women watching the show than men and we (most) don’t really care to see "girl on girl" action?  I could see one fight scene every two or three years because of a circumstance if they tend to go this route, but come on, these women are in their mid-thirties.   Haven’t they learned and matured enough to take care of a rival/foe/enemy in a more devious, vengeful and permanent way than wailing on each other like little school boys?  Oh, wait, it is Sami and Nicole.  Just the same though, remember who you are writing for writers, not a bunch of beer drinking men at a bar or 14 year old boys, that say "cool – hit ’em again!"

Philip and Daniel going at it.  How realistic is that?  Yeah, maybe in a trucker bar but this is a doctor and business man, they just don’t act like that.

Why do Stephanie, Kayla, et al, feel it’s there responsibility to tell secrets concerning people who are not even family?  Who made them the morality police?  Why is it any of their business?  I’ve always lived with a live and let live motto and try to stay out of others’ business.  THis whole SL is a little over the top, even for Days writers

the top, even for Days writers."  Heck, when haven’t they been over the top in their story lines?  Space ships, DNA switching, and tigers, oh my!  Not to mention face transplants, living in a coffin for weeks, embryo transplants, and on and on…

I think in Kayla’s case it’s a moral issue, because she thinks Stephanie is this decent, good little girl who deserves to be happy, but not at the expense of a lie (yeah, you know your baby girl well, don’t you, Kayla).  Also, I think Kayla’s afraid of the fallout that would befall Steph if and when the secret is revealed.  Stephanie’s part is purely personal, that being her fear of losing Nathan.  If and when Mel finds out the truth, Nathan will be there for Melanie and Stephanie will be the worse for it by hiding the secret that she knew about all along; Caroline suddenly feels she needs to protect Parker from being raised a Kiriakis, (that’s the one that gets me the most), and protecting Stephanie from losing Nathan to Mel.  (gag)  Can we say hypocrites?

you notice people in the background don’t even turn and stare like normal people would(ha!). Sami and E.J. could have a knock down fist fight in the halls of Salem U. Hospital and I doubt anyone would act shocked. I am beginning to wonder what it would be like to have a sl that doesn’t include Alison Sweeney screaming and crying in nearly every scene. I really feel for her- with all tha contorted expressions she has to make, her wrinkles in 30 years will be deep as the Grand Canyon.

Good  call on Sami and Grand Canyon!  And her voice will be gone too from all that screaming – can’t be good on the old vocal cords.  We’ve sat through what? 15 or so years now of "Sami" and the same ol’ crying, screaming and whining scenes?

I like Sami – and Alison is great, but too much of a good thing and it’s just like having a big chocolate bar or a big juicy steak every day, day after day – after awhile you get very tired of it.

Say for instance Sami and Rafe get Johnny and Sydney back, but it’s very difficult – more screaming scenes for awhile in the future until some how they find a judge that isn’t owned by the DeMiras.

Sami has a break down because of all the stress, (not far from it in her scenes now). Sami needs to go chill out and Marlena (off camera I guess) orders her to complete bed rest and recuperate for about 12 months – so she goes to Switzerland to be with J&M…they (writers) can give us flashbacks of her once in awhile, sunning in the Alps, taking yodeling lessons – whatever.

Rafe can continue to bond and raise the children (he won’t be able to go see her) because of his noble dedication and love for Sami’s kids.  Then Sami can come back as a mature, capable, woman.  And then Sami and Rafe and the kids are happy.

Heh, it would make me happy…

of Eden storylines really took the cake.  But wait, I forgot about Princess Gina and the sub-sex with John, not to mention Marlena’s demonic possession.  Talk about ridiculous!!!!

    But I love it ;)
