I was wondering if any of you know melanies exit story? Is she going to find out Chad has been keeping a secret about how gaby was responsible for this whole thing? Or could it be because nick is coming back? Do any of you know? She isn’t leaving for 5 more weeks.
I was happy to see Maxine back, I wish they would have her on more, ESP now that steffy will be in the hospital soon, she could take care of him, she never was afraid of him.
The writers wern’t using the hospital set so they had no real reason to use a under 5/6 line recurring character. Yes it is good to see he back again.
It seems logical to tie Nick’s return in with Melanie’s (the character) exit. After almost being killed by a psycho in the tunnels she will come into contact with someone who she last interacted with in a somewhat same manner. Not to mention that she practically gave away the formual Nick gave her trying to make amends.
That Chad asks her to marry him. Where is this going to go? I wonder if they will have her leave and then come back with a different actress playing her role. BTW, she and Nick are now related. He’s maggies grandson and she’s Maggie’s granddaughter. They’re cousins now.
I hope they re-cast Melanie. I like the character, the familial ties she has with Maggie and Daniel, and her relationship with Chad. I love Molly, she has certainly grown on me over the years, but just because she is leaving, doesn’t necessarily mean the character has to go.
