I was just thinking about how nice it is to post in this forum and not have any of the problems we used to have.  We shouldn’t take it for granted…it’s 10 times better than the last two put together.  Thanks again, Jenn.  (I hope I don’t jinx anything!)

I appreciate this board so much.  I hope that I never get to the point that I take things for granted.  Thank you, Jenn; and thank you, Bonbon for the gentle reminder.

for your hard work.  I think it has paid off by the success of this message board.  It’s the best out there, by far, with the most creative, imaginative friends from all over the U.S. and beyond.  You and this board are so appreciated.

I appreciate the kind words :)

SP has been around for about 12 years now – and it’s like a family.  God willing, we’ll be around for a long, long time!

is when I log onto SP and no one has commented for awhile….and I’ve read every post (even back when I was just a "lurker" (isn’t that what you guysies called it?) –  that’s how much I love it!  And  believe me, I have plenty to do during my day, it’s just every few hours, when walking by my computer I stop and check the email, check stocks, check news headlines and check of course – Salem Place!  It’s my "me" time for the day.

I’m always afraid people might think I’m on here all day long but it’s like one of like my old "cigarette breaks."  Instead of smoking (BTS, it’s been 25 years now), now I sit down at the computer for a couple of minutes.  Like you, I’m also disappointed when there’re no messages.  What does that say about my sad life?

you were the one who made me tired just reading about all the things you do – (the pillows for the hospital, etc)…so you my dear, have a very fullfilled and great life!  I love reading your posts too; you always something witty, pithy, and interesting to say!

I like all of it, too.  I miss one person that I used to ‘listen’ to when a LOT of us were just lurkers…..WHERE IS SMITTYARNIE!!!???  And the capers of the show dogs from Alaska???  I really, REALLY miss those two posting.  They are just not on here any more!  I prayed with all of you through Smittyarnie’s cancer, and would send good thoughts for the dogs to win when they went to the shows.  I sure do miss both of them a lot! And I thank you, also Jenn.  From the bottom of my very thankful heart!!

kept a list of all the names of those who posted.  I also had the city/state they were from.  It’s a pretty long list and many are no longer posting.  I, too, miss hearing from them.  We’ve all made a lot of friends here and I’m also very grateful to Jenn for providing this forum.

I think that’s the nicest compliment I have ever received.  I hang out every once in awhile to catch up, but lost interest in the show over the past year so I have nothing constructive (or destructive) to contribute.  I do hope to watch Alice’s funeral and tribute.  I’m anxious to see if it truly honors her as she deserves.  Also hoping for "Days" of flashbacks.

From the bottom of my heart I thank you, and everyone else, for the prayers.  It’s been over 4 years already since the stem cell transplant and I am still in remission.  Knock on wood!!

We need to reinstate the daily "Good Morning" post.  KathyH started it and reading and posting there was the first thing I did after putting on my lipstick.  I did not leave for the office until I had caught up on everyone.  I still miss Kathy desperately, even though I never met her in person.

Luckey – if you see this drop me a note with your new email.  CONGRATS on your retirement.  How is your sister doing?

Ok.  I’m done rambling for now.  Thanks again for thinking of me.  It may just be the impetus I need to kick start me back to watching DOOL.
