I think John has a right to be ticked off at marlena for not telling him about Brady and Kristin, instead she sends him into the lions den.John needed this wake up call because otherwise I don’t think he would have believed marlena.
because he will soon realize that everything Marlena was trying to warn him about Kristen was the truth, and he’ll feel like the damned fool he is. Soon after he gets over himself, he’ll come to realize that Marlena is still the most important person in his life, and they’ll work together to try and make Brady see the true Kristen Dimera and how she works. Although, Brady is such an a$$, I’m not sure he deserves to see the truth until he finds it out for himself.
If she was really smart, she would have recorded her conversations with Kristen so brady could hear the truth.
As for not telling John, I don’t think he would have believed her anyway. Besides, she didn’t know for sure what was going on, just that theywere going to meet in his office. Sometimes John can be very stubborn, it needed to find out for himself. John should have recorded their conversations too.
Brady just isn’t very smart when it comes to women!!!
I’m sure she knows the more you try to "forbid" something, the stronger it makes the person want it. Why would she think the situation with Brady would be any different. She and John should be approaching this in a "councelling" mode instead of the explosive, authorative "forbidding" thingy.
I try to imagine my son’s dad busting into a room like that and saying the things to him that John did. He (son) would be on the phone to the little men in white. As Kristin said, "he’s a grown-ass man." He’s not a teen-ager, John, and your tactics will never work. The scene in the park was much more realistic (before the fight) but I kept wondering why John (and Marlene, earlier) didn’t first thing come right out and tell him what Kristin had admitted to him.
Maybe John realizes that if he splits with Marlena, Kristen will dump Brady. Maybe his breakup with Marlena is a plan between them to show Brady Kristen’s real agenda……hope so!
Kristin’s intention was to get John back. It was to get revenge on John and Marlena. And that’s just what she’s doing. She even told John that, that she wanted to make them as miserable as they made her.
maybe it’s her hair when she wears it straight; maybe it’s her crooked mouth (at times it looks crooked to me); but, she certainly looked a lot older than Brady and his little parochial schoolboy haircut.
with a 10′ pole right about now. His leaving Marlena will come back to bite him, though, but I’m hoping Marlena stays strong and won’t give up the fight. After all, Kristen did tell Marlena that the reason she wouldn’t tell John that she knew about Kristen and Brady was because Marlena knew that as long as she was in Brady’s bed, she would not be in John’s. I’m hoping E.J. will grow some and put Kristen in her place, especially now that he sees her plans are affecting his with Sami.
