that yesterday’s scene at the docks is a set-up for a budding relationship between JJ and Gabby. They are the right age and there really isn’t anyone else for either of them. I don’t know how I feel about that yet but I think I’d be okay with it. If what I’ve read here, that Will is going to bite the dust, she is going to need someone’s shoulder to cry on. Although Eduardo will probably step up on that one, it’s not quite the same as a blooming romantic interest to hold her hand.
Speaking of JJ and dumb dudes, he should have saved the letter to be opened on his death threat for himself with Clyde, not Kyle. That was pretty stupid to confront him like that. And I’ve got to really hand it to Clyde (the actor), he sure can look scary…scary with Abby and menacing with Jen. I wouldn’t want to face him. “You want to pay for the wedding, Clyde? Well, of course, you go right ahead. Anything else you want? Have at it!”
isn’t Gabby’s screen time only temporary right now. I didn’t think she was due to be on that long. Although it’s good to have her back…I look for her to disappear with Ari when Will gets killed and Sonny’s gone. Maybe they’ll take off together.
there was no letter at all and this was all a set-up to expose Clyde, since JJ made that phone call to Roman just before Clyde showed up. That was JJ’s idea to trap Clyde, even though Roman practically ordered JJ to back off now and let the police handle the Clyde investigation. I’m hoping JJ’s call to Roman means the cops are close by ready to arrest Clyde. Just hope JJ’s not the victim of Clyde’s threat. As for JJ and Gabbi, I thought they looked really cute together, but I don’t know how long Camila Banus has signed on for; some articles say short-term, other say a year. Either way, I need to have JJ move on from Paige.
felt there was no letter and that Kyle would not have entrusted JJ with one. I would be surprised if Clyde were arrested and if so he’ll get out quick I would think.
There is a killer on the loose and there is Gabbi out on the docks risking her life.
Why is Roman such a poor excuse for a cop. Did he even know about Clyde until just now.
Question: Does anyone have trouble understanding actors and actresses speaking clearly? So many of them mumble and I just can’t hear what they are saying. I don’t like to have to turn up my tv real loud.
I rewind and turn it on when I don’t understand them; I used to always turn it on when James Scott ( EJ ) was on.
I always had to turn closed captioning on for EJ, too. Sometimes his voice would get really quiet, or his words would run together at the end of a sentence.
I’m not sure she was telling the truth about the letter. Not sure why she would be down at the docks. Maybe she acquired a drug problem in prison, or maybe she wants to find Chad. I didn’t see a connection with Gabi and JJ. Did seem odd that it was the only time she appeared in the episode.
that she was down there and didn’t know a big plant was just across the way? I thought maybe she was there to witness the JJ/Clyde encounter but doesn’t appear that was it. I guess it could signal a start of her and JJ, but didn’t seem that way. Very awkward.
I have noticed lately a lot of the characters resort to a whisper at the end of their sentences for dramatic effect. I wouldn’t have a clue what was going on without the CC.
That was all the set-up Roman and JJ were discussing which is why Roman was ready to take the phone call from JJ…he knew it was coming.
But, as I mentioned before, JJ should have used that story for himself. Other wise what protection does he have right now that Clyde isn’t just going to pop him off right then and there?
I saw the connection immediately. JJ to the rescue, that’s always a way they start to get 2 people together, I can see thi pairing.
