I get so annoyed when they do 10 flashbacks of things from the day before, but I’ve been hoping for some Ghoul Girl/Rich Boy Kiriakis flashbacks. I think it was obvious that they are setting up Chloe and Phil to get together when the truth about Parker comes out, but it was very sweet today. I’m hoping that they are also going to have Chloe singing that song to Parker soon! I also wouldn’t ming some flashbacks of Justin and Adrienne getting together, if they ever pick that story back up.
quarantine room and Phillip and Chloe were in the waiting room sitting together waiting for word on what was happening – Phillip had his arms around Chloe in the background of a scene but they showed it two or three times prominently that day – I think that was a good indication a week and a half ago – that they are going to be put back together as a couple. Plus it was a ‘death knell’ on Phillip and Mel’s relationship (even knowing what we’ve seen since their marriage day and before) that when Phillip first said he wanted a baby – you know they were doomed as a couple.
a Chloe/Philip pairing. What was funny today was when Daniel mentioned Parker’s dimple …. TO PHILIP, NO LESS …. and then said "don’t know what side he gets that from. Now if that’s not foreshadowing, I don’t know what is.
I forgot to mention that. It was so obvious, with the camera angle showing the side of Phillip’s face with his dimple being very prominent! I would not mind Chloe and Phillip together. I think it could be really sweet, with some well place flashbacks thrown in. I think she has more chemistry with Phil, even though she and Dan do make a beautiful couple! Then little Parker could have an intact family with both of his parents.
two people could be so desperately, hopelessly, deeply, in love like Dan and Chloe professed to be and then have them break up so soon after their marriage. Especially if it’s the case of Chloe falling (again) for Philip. When you are truly in love, do you really fall out that quickly?
Salemites do not fall in love; they just go into ‘heat’ with a new partner periodicly. They seem to ‘love’ the one they are with at any given time.

or else they would be developing a new Tom and Alice, (not that they weren’t one of a kind), I thought the show was going there with J&M and perhaps Bo and Hope, but alas…no such luck. And to break up Phillip and Mel even before they got married…very baddddddddddddddddd writers, very baddddddddd! Guess it’s beyond their scope to write a long and enduring love story. Even Abe and Lexie (who haven’t had much screen time lately), they put them in a precarious position…the writer’s have been living in Hollyweird much too long.
