First place goes to Brady and Nicole.  The best 60’s inspired Mad Men attire.  Nicole looked great.

I also think Marlena and Maggie looked wonderful.

Everyone else, not so much.  The men were fine with their tuxes but the women!

Jennfer-red lip, too much eyeshadow, severe hair!  Yuck!

Hope- love that wedding dress preview but she better take that fright wig off for the ceremony.  Bangs usually make you look younger, not Hope.

Kate-I usually defend her funky style but she really looked like she was in more of a 50’s Halloween costume than a classy 60’s look.  The wig  was atrocious .

Caroline- What on earth was that getup!  And too much makeup!

As a side note, I was so happy to see John return for this event!

especially about Brady and Nicole; I thought they’re outfits fit the 60’s the best.  Jen’s make-up was really too dark for her skin tone, and Hope’s wig was atrocious.  I too thought Marlena looked fabulous, head to toe.  I don’t know what look Kate was trying to show, but that wig made me laugh out loud, as well as her outfit.  I also thought Theresa’s look was horrible.  Hope her designs are better than that.  I read somewhere that the dress Caroline was wearing was the one she wore to the Emmy Awards show and now I do think I remember it from there.

I also liked Eve’s dress and hair, but hated Theresa’s; also thought new Ciara’s dress looked like something from a bargain basement rack.  Lani wasn’t too bad in the dress department, but again the wig (I assume it was a wig) was awful.  Julie just looked like Julie   The one I thought looked absolutely beautiful was Gabi, also head to toe.  Her and JJ make a fine looking couple, but we’ll see I guess.

I thought all of the guys looked great, even Roman!  LOL!

her wig looked like it was purchased at Spirit Halloween in one of the flat packed plastic bags. Horrendous.

I wonder why they used some actors real hair for the styles and (bad) wigs for the rest?

Yes I blocked out Adrianne!  The wig was a joke.  I did like Gabi’s hair though.

Adrienne looked a mess.  Now she really did look like she could be Lucas’ mother.  LOL!  And she sure was throwing Eve and Justin the stink-eye!

I think her real hair is very pretty too! She was probably thinking how much better Eve looked than her.

The hair dept must have used every lock in existence for this event. Waaay too much for most of the gals, overwhelming them. I don’t feel the mega falls and wigs complimented anyone. I agree Ciara’s outfit was a tad too casual to fit the setting and Adrienne was a wreck.

I was laughing so hard when I first saw Adrienne.  That wig was bad and made her look weird!!  I think the worst wig was Theresa’s.  That wig was gigantic and looked ridiculous.  I think some of the women used their real hair and then added extensions, like Hope and Jen.

I laughed out loud when I saw Hope. She looked just like Eunice on Mama’s family! Thank goodness she took that wig off when she put on her wedding dress.

I was wracking my brain to try and figure out who Hope reminded me of and you hit it …. it was Eunice from Mama’s family.  I loved Carol Burnett in that role.

Hope’s exagerated hair also reminded me of the hairstyles worn by Mary Tyler Moore (as Laura Petrie on The Dick Van Dyke Show 1961-66) and Marlo Thomas (as Ann Marie on That Girl 1966-71).

Don’t they have the early shows on tape so they can go back and look at them?  Seems like that would be the ideal way to get hair and clothing styles correct.   DOOL was always very glamorous, Liz in the nightclub, etc.  Why not start with the footage and work from that?  Too late, the show was shot months ago!
