Don’t they try to do that all the time when they rewrite history. When they do that everything is a SURPRISE
Well, I’m terribly confused. How could everyone change the results? Seems like it would be pulling petals off a daisy. The first change would be to positive, the second change would make it back to negative, the third change and so on. I am just now watching all of last weeks episode. With each phone conversation, they implied they had changed the results. How could that be? And how did anyone know the alias she used, but Carly, Steph, Phil and Chloe?
The only way I could see everyone pulling the switch would be those like Daniel and Phillip didn’t do it themselves but had someone do it for them. All they said was change the results not knowing someone had already changed them and the person at the other end not knowing what the results were to reflect just they had to change them.
Some could have seen them AFTER the initial switch and wanted them changed back, who knows. I don’t believe all those we saw closing laptops or finishing calls saying "it’s done" or whatever they said were talking about the test results. That’s just a wild goose chase the writers have us on and even though I rather enjoy knowing spoilers upfront I also enjoy the "who done it" scenerio where we’re all kept in the dark, at least for a while.
Who knows Chloe might have had the initial change done or she might have somehow convinced someone to enter the results to show Dan is the daddy and the first one after that was seeing a doctored test.
thought it was his patient. Philip know because Chloe told him. Carly knows as she set it up. Melanie knows the name of the patient as she was listening to the gossip from that student that screwed up at the hospital. Melanie also started blabbing to Daniel about why that patient was there: a paternity test.
because they were either 1. Lazy, 2. Didn’t care about history because it didn’t work in what they are writing now, 3. Lost the previous scripts in the warehouse, 4. Forgot history… – My personal favorite is it didn’t work
She doesn’t know the patient was Cloe yet. She felt sorry for the woman and wanted to do a good deed for her? Sounds strange, but that might be an explanation for one of the team hackers.
1) Sister Anne might have known the results BEFORE Carly looked at them since she may have entered them herself, and realized afterward that they were changed; or
2) It’s possible that Phillip’s "super-tech", who he referred to as ‘Leonard’, might, in fact, be Stephanie’s friend, Ian, and Phillip had him change the results before Stephanie got to him. Maybe Stephanie knew him from working at Titan, and since he’s got the ‘hots’ for Stephanie, he would have wanted the results to stay positive, not realizing they had already been changed at St. Mary’s.
YIKES! Just more speculation to make things a little more puzzling than they already are.
Adrienne? We know that Stephanie has been going to her all about Nathan so she would be a total surprise! She’d be doing it to make Steph happy. There’s been a lot of wondering why Adrienne is encouraging Steph where Nathan is concerned so that could be the reason, set up for when she comes out the switcher.
The other option is Vivian but she seems rather occupied with Maggie. Her switching would be to make up for using Chloe which resulted in her pregnancy. Or because she thinks Carly would turn to Daniel IF she lost Bo?
