What nerve Carly has telling Chloe that she needs to come clean with Daniel or else she will tell him herself about the cheating. What a busy body. Chloe had a good comeback when she told Carly that Carly herself didn’t tell Daniel for 20 years that he had a daughter. I loved that. I wonder how Carly would have liked it if Chloe happened to have had that information before anyone else and told Daniel that he had a daughter. I’m guessing that Carly wouldn’t have liked that one bit.
Then Carly going on and on about how it will be good for Chloe and Daniel’s relationship and that Daniel is forgiving or something like that. I know that Daniel is Carly’s friend and maybe she thinks she is helping but she is always sticking her nose in to other people’s business and she’s always lurking around waiting to listen in on some private conversations. How does she find the time to be a doctor when she is always at Daniel’s door or somewhere else eavesdropping? She acts as if she is not judgmental but she really is.
I agree. This particular piece of information is none of her business. She needs to shut up and stick to her own lengthy list of problems.
that Carly said she had a conscience so she would tell Daniel the truth if Chloe didn’t. I wonder when she acquired this conscience–not when she first cheated on her husband, not when she did not tell Daniel she was married or that she got pregnant from their short affair, not when she killed her husband, and certainly not when she moved in and started having an open affair with a married man. This conscience of hers must work only when she is butting into others business.
Carly should let her conscience take a look at her own behavior and try to get her own life straightened out. For my part, she has become the true villianess in this soap; I hated seeing her wrap herself around Bo like a boa constrictor in the living room of Hope and Ciera’s home.

she talks out of both sides of her face most of the time. It was like she was saying to Chloe, ‘do as I say, not as I do.’ I know the writers are trying to make Carly into a somewhat likable person with good intentions all around, but you know what they say about the road to hell being paved with good intentions…. Carly, please give up the advice column until you can straighten out your own life.
Carly feels the need to immerse herself in everyone’s biz and play the moral police. What a piece of work! She has NADA to do with Chloe and Dan’s relationship – how is it her role at all to threaten to tell Dan about Chloe’s indiscretion? Butt out, sister!
I about choked when she said she kept one secret from Daniel and she’s not going to hurt him by keeping another. IT ISN’T HER SECRET TO KEEP OR TELL. How is HER not saying anything keeping a secret from him and hurting him. If he gets hurt by Chloe not telling him HER secret then it’s between Daniel and Chloe and no one else.
that Carly is only using telling Daniel as a threat to get Chloe to tell him herself? I know, we want to think the worst of her but, if the writers had enough imagination…hah!, she may just be trying to get Chloe to come clean on her own and actually has no intention of tattling herself. Okay, okay, just a thought.
I can’t remember which one of you said it, forgive me, but someone posed the idea that Chloe could just say she didn’t want anyone to know that she and Phillip slept together when they first came to Salem. How would anyone know the timeline of the most recent event? She could just say she would rather they not find out because it would be akward for Daniel and Melanie.
