What do you all think is going to happen with Brady and these headaches??
Oh my GAWD!!! Chloe is freaking psycho!!!!! crazy bitch! good greif! oh yeah Chloe, Parker just hates Jennifer’s guts! (insert gigantic eye roll). I hope Jenn will tell dan, but we all know she probably won’t. He’s going to be suspicious if Jenn breaks it off again after the wonderful time they had at the cabin. Chloe even looked crazy when she was talking to Jenn. She looked like she was going to snap. Where are parker and Nancy? I know someone mentioned it before but I don’t remember.
I thought Jenn looked pretty in pink today. I’m with the rest of you, I can’t stand Kristin’s outfit. Did anyone else think Victor looked kind of frail when he was sitting in the chair talking to Henderson? I’m kinda looking forward to the Nicole/Vargas pairing if they are going that route. Vargas is his last name right? When he was talking to one of the employers on his list.
Chloe took Parker to BRAZIL….huh? Guess she knows when it all hits the fan, Daniel will come for Parker, so she more or less kidnapped him so Dan would have no clue where they are. Ugggghhhh …. like mother, like daughter.

He’ll furrow his brow and wonder what is going on and, of course, Jenn won’t say one word about her conversation with Chloe. He’ll try to talk to her and she won’t let him get a word in edge-wise…Yada, Yada,Yada! These writers need a creative writing course!

Vargas is going by his last name. He told Eric his full name when he was getting ready to be released from prison; but, said he’s just known as Vargas.
Daniel’s name is not on the birth certificate. Chloe is the mother. She has full custody. At this time Daniel has zero rights. She can not kidnap her own child.
when she first came back that she’d had Parker’s BC changed, although I’m not sure it’s possible to change one. I think you get a court order and file the appropriate papers for whatever change you want but they don’t actually issue a new ‘changed’ BC. Not positive about this but pretty sure.
So, if that’s the case, then, if Daniel has shared custody, it would be kidnapping if she didn’t have his permission to take him out of the country. At least she didn’t pick Switzerland or Africa like everybody else has done.
Last week she mentioned that the "corrected" birth certificate had no father named on it and she was frustrated and upset about.
and I found that what happens is a new, corrected birth certificate is issued but the state retains the old one for its records. I guess it only seems logical to have the new one issued or every time the parent wanted to prove he/she was the parent they would have to jump through so many state-issued hoops it would prove a deterrent.
