Having a few spare moments here so with the Bachelorette winding down thought I’d ask those who watch who they think Ali will pick.
I don’t think it will be Chris. I believe he’s a bit too quiet and low key and maybe even TOO family/home oriented for Ali who likes to be more spontaneous.
That leaves Roberto. The couple hints she’s given makes me believe, for all their initial connection there’s something missing. I don’t feel she’s totally comitted to him.
I think Frank was actually the one (though I don’t know how!) she was gearing toward.
Could it be Ali chooses neither??I’d match her with Chris since they both took time off to spend with a special relative and they’re both from MA but have lived elsewhere. Roberto isn’t a bad choice either. I didn’t get what she saw in Frank! Supposedly, she said she was happy with her choice but that could mean that she chose neither I guess.
I have a poor track record in who they choose. The only one I picked was Trista and Ryan but I didn’t think she was going to pick him in the end but she did.
It totally mystifies me why she was falling for Frank; but, I’ve felt stongly since he’s out of the picture that she walks away from both Chris and Roberto. In her recent interviews, she has never said that she’s in love. She keeps repeating that she’s happy with her decision which makes me think she decided on no one.
simply because he seems to have more of that ‘fun’ personality that is so like hers. Chris is a doll, but I sorta’ get the impression she likes his family more than she likes him. But, if she truly doesn’t feel ‘love’, then maybe she should walk away now rather than come back in the near future only to explain why they split up, like Jake and ‘what’s-her-face’ did.
My pick would be Roberto……but I do have a feeling she’s going to opt out…maybe she’ll give it a whirl with Jake?

both the guys are saying they aren’t sure they can propose. Yikes! Poor Ali! Of course, they could be just toying with us again like they love to do. They did say though that what happens never happened before in the show’s history. Weird!

then they won’t get married on the show which is a guess I made a while back. I don’t think they’ve ever had it where the winner didn’t get a ring if they wanted one. Hmmmm. I can’t wait! lol

Just saw on one of the entertainment sites that she was seen with some Football player from Arizona (?). Guess that would mean that she isn’t involved with either guy now. Weird!
the surprise “twist” was simply that Ali let Chris go before the last rose ceremony. I actually thought that was a nice move by her and Chris appreciated it.
I knew it was Roberto when he finally opened up and told her he loved her. Ali’s reaction was transparent. I wish them all the happiness even though already the tabloids are on the hunt, apparently trying to link Ali up with some football player.
BTW, I thought her gown was stunning.was. But, it still took me by surprise do some degree. She seemed to me to be one of very few bachelorettes who was always very aware of how easily she could hurt someone being that she had been on the receiving end herself. She even mentioned it occasionally and that made me think that she truly respected these last two guys in the group. I felt very badly for Chris at the end and also on the follow-up show. He needs someone truly deserving of who he is and I hope he finds her soon.
and I think the scene and story behind the appearance of the rainbow was spectacular. It actually gave me chills, and I could really believe with all my heart that it was Chris’ mom telling him that he would be okay, and it certainly looks like he is. I think Ali did a very classy job with letting Chris down the way she did, and telling him the day before. She’s a wonderful role model for young girls, and I sincerely hope that the love her and Roberto showed last night remains intact, and that they will always be that happy. Best of luck to them.
