catch that quick B/W of Stefano and EJ? It was flashed in a nano-second and I wasn’t sure I really saw it. It happened just before Carrie started talking to John and Marlena that she would take over his case. I stopped the DVR and then put it on pause and then went forward frame by frame and caught both Stefano and EJ with laughing faces. I’m wondering if it was done like that to give everyone a subliminal thought. I played it back in real time then and you really have to be paying very close attention to see it. So it makes me think that maybe it is the DiMeras who are behind this whole thing and these are the kinds of indirect impressions that we will have to be looking out for. Someone else stated on the board that they hope spoilers are few and far between, so the mystery of this whole story really plays out and keeps us in suspense. That would be fun!
I have always hated spoilers but never had the will power to not look at them. I hope we don’t see any either. I don’t mind little things but hate when they give away a storyline.
It would be a shame if they start showing how the Dimeras (if that’s they way they’re going) are plotting against Basic Black and John. Keep us in suspense until things are actually solved on the show so we can see it in real time. Well, Salem real time, that is.
I think it would be a natural assumption for everyone to think it would be the DiMeras behind John’s problems, but honestly I hope it’s not. I want a real head-shaker here and, when it finally is solved, I want to be thinking…..’wow…. I never saw that coming.’ This story line is fascinating to me, especially since it’s a real-life issue that we’ve recently seen on the news (Bernie Madoff). All I know is that right now I’m enjoying it too much to have it end too quickly. Now there’s something new I never thought I’d hear myself say. True, I would not want story lines dragged out until I’m sick to death of them, but these new writers and their stories, at least so far, are definitely holding my interest much longer than many who have gone before them.
Since John’s legal team quit and there was the comment that it didn’t seem right, like someone was pulling the strings, maybe the legal team had something to do with the embezzlement. They’ve been with him for a while and if his mind and focus wasnt’ on business they could have been doing this for the last couple of years.
