There’s a lot of behind the scenes pictures with Christie Clark, Melissa Reeves, Bryan Datillo, and Charles Schaugnnessay, even a a script page showing the cast list for the episode airing on June 25th (the day of Alice’s funeral, I think). lol, the script page has "Lucas was here!" written on it, that Bryan, such a joker.
Anyways, this makes me very excited to see the episode, and I think they are doing great justice to Alice’s character.

Is it because they’re Bradys and not Hortons? Still, they were very close to Alice. And interesting they have Hope standing with Justin instead of Bo. Could it be they don’t intend to ever put them back together? Where’s Carly? And who is that standing next to Lexie and the man behind her? I can’t place them. If that’s the new Bill Horton behind Laura…WOW! Let’s keep him around. BTW, Laura, Jen and Carrie, still look great, don’t they?
On second look, I see that’s Shane behind Lexie but still can’t place the woman. She almost looks like Addie but that can’t be.
and now I’m sad because I realize how much I miss my Bryan. He and Sami will always, always, regardless of the opininos of others, be THE BEST couple out of all of the men she’s been paired with. Next, of course, is Safe, but it was great to see Ali and Bry together again in those pics.
how they can ask all of these actors to return, although admittedly it will be wonderful to see them again, and still not have asked Dee and Drake. I know he’s doing some other work right now, but Diedra Hall was quoted in several soap articles as saying she has not been asked. Go figure.
Shawn D is Alice’s grandson so he and Belle should be there. I guess they couldn’t get all they asked to come back for various reasons but they at least have her remaining children there, Marie and Bill.
I looked it up and here’s what I found:
In late 1982, Marie comforted Dr. Neil Curtis, who was rejected by Liz Chandler. They soon began to date and, several months later, married in 1983. However, Liz hated Marie for marrying Neil, and Marie hated Liz because she knew Neil still loved her. The two fought bitterly over Neil. One day Liz snuck into their apartment and slept with Neil. Later that day, after Neil was called to the hospital on an emergency, Marie returned home. Liz thought Marie was a burglar and shot Marie. Marie recovered, but Liz was sentenced to five years in jail. After her recovery Marie divorced Neil.
After two more, less eventful, years in Salem, Marie left town again in 1985. She returned in 1994 for her father’s funeral and has since made occasional visits. One of her most recent was in January 2010 when she returned for Mickey’s funeral, however she remained off-screen.

Even the script has him listed but he’s not in the photo. Marlena and Roman should have been there since they have had a huge history with Alice. I have to wonder if they didn’t ask her back because they didn’t want the fans to start demanding their (John and Marlena’s) return.
