Yes, it’s going to be a tough one to decide. All the ones left are capable of winning IMO. I can’t even pick a favorite that I’d like to win although I’m leaning toward Nyles a bit. The only one I don’t really think is all that great is the singer…crap…mind went blank on his name. I’ll think of it as soon as I hit send. I thought he’d go before Jodie.
I think the voters got it right though I’ve enjoyed this season with such a close competition. That must have been scary for Nyle going both blind and deaf. He seems to have the edge, though not as good a dancer I feel as the other two.
I was unaware of Paige’s extensive dance background which explains a lot. I still believe it’s somewhat unfair to the other contestants with no prior experience.But you have to give her credit for her interpretation and ability.
I feel that Nyle can’t win because of the little missteps he makes because of not being able to hear the music. I know they have to deduct for that but if you gave that boy some hearing, he’d win hands down.
If I had to guess the outcome, I couldn’t do it. Any of the three I’ll be happy with even though I’d like to see Nyle win just because of his amazing accomplishment.
I was wondering, has Val ever won? I wouldn’t mind if he took it but Mark has won enough so let’s skip him this year.
Thought he was really very good. I could have taken him over Ginger Zee to be honest with you. Just personal preference, I guess. Although I did love her Beauty and the Beast dance. But Wanya last night was better than her in my opinion. But that’s what happens at the end…partner loses a scarf, you slip and get lower scores and you’re out. Too bad.
but Ginger and her husband both come on a little too strong for my taste. Seems like she’s a little too full of herself. shrug!
I think that Wanya was robbed. I really wanted him to be in the final three along with Paige and Nyle. I loved his natural dance ability and his personality. All three are my favorites. Paige’s samba was incredible.
In my opinion, Ginger does not deserve to be in the finals. She may be a good dancer but she’s not great and I just don’t care for her. There’s just something about her I don’t like. Maybe it”s because she acts all bubbly but it feels fake to me. She tries to come off as down to earth but she’s anything but. And I don’t like her husband. At least they’re not focusing on him as much as they used to.
I’m not looking forward to the finale as much as I would have had Wanya been in it but I’ll still watch it. Here’s hoping Nyle or Paige wins. I think I’d like to see Nyle win it all but either one would be okay with me.
that’s the word I was looking for…."fake"; that’s exactly how Ginger appears to me to be. She’s so use to being before the camera with her role on GMA’s weather girl, she’s use to putting it on a little thick, IMO. Yes, she’s a good dancer, but I’m not rooting for her to win. I liked Wanya as well. I was sorry to see him go.
It’s so refreshing to see a tight competition and people who are legit dancers. Wonderful choregraphy too. Nyle is certainy a sentimental favorite and worthy, but for me the finest true dancer is Paige.
and I, too, am rooting for Paige and Mark. Although I love and admire Nyle and Peta, I think Paige and Mark hold a slight edge and will be surprised if they don’t win this season. This season’s finalists are truly going to be based on fan favorites, because the dancing is really stunning for all three couples.
I am also now rooting for Mark and Paige. I love Nyle and always wanted him to win but I think Paige really deserves to win. I would not be disappointed a bit if Nyle won but Paige is outstanding. As long as it’s not Ginger, I’ll be happy. I saw a couple articles online about how great Ginger did despite her injury. I did not think she did great. She was good but her dances are missing something and she is not in the league of Paige. And ABC is using GMA to really push her to win. And after tonight, I don’t have to see her husband anymore!
I’ll be switching between DWTS and the Voice finale and probably other things as well as I can’t stand watching commercials. Big TV night.
As moved by Paige’ s dance as I was by Nyle’s. I know Mark put the tear face on but it was Nyle and Peta who brought me to tears. I was more impressed by Paige before I found out about her dance experience but I didn’t feel the real emotion in her dance like I did in Nyle’ s.
I figured he would win with the voters. Although I felt Paige was the better dancer, I can’t complain because Paige did have a “leg up” due to her prior experience and Nyle came so far with no training. And it was as much Peta’s victory as well as she had far greater a challenge and succeeded brilliantly.
Great season!when it was realized that it was their last dance; it was over, and how the love of America affected them. A real tear-jerker for all, especially this fan of DWTS. Beautiful ending, and congratulations to this season. Great finale!
seasons in a long time. No horrible hangers-on, good dancers, amazing sets, incredible chorography and all very entertaining. The only thing still lacking is the music matching the dances. I don’t understand their reasoning for having someone dance a 3/4 dance to a 4/4 time. And the Paso Dobles, IMO, should ONLY be danced to a floamenco-type music. Also, there is such great music out there for the Argentine Tang and yet they have them performing it to a popular song. Bah!
