Chloe did try to explain about being tricked by Viv. Steph begged Nathan to let her explain, but made it worse by continuing the lies. Carly wanted to explain, but Daniel didn’t really want to hear it.
Her tears were not convincing to me at all. She seemed like she was acting, badly. Steph, too. I guess they’re not good at crying on cue.
What do you mean? Right up until the scene in Caroline’s hospital room, she’d been trying to convince Stephanie to tell the truth as well, warning her that her marriage will be based on a lie. Unfortunately, Kayla decided to keep the secret because Steph said she would never forgive her. It seems Steph will prove to be the cause of her own undoing anyway; I love it!
LOL, Pammydog! I agree, casey. I wasn’t impressed. If you changed the color, it wouldn’t even be a wedding dress.
I agree. All of the couples we’ve come to love were either broken up, divorced, or widowed: Shawn and Caroline, Mickey and Maggie, Justin and Adrienne, Kimberly and Shane (at least they reunited), Jack and Jen (with this walkabout nonsense), Bo and Hope. Am I missing anyone? I guess the show is trying to reflect the statistic that 50% of marriages end in divorce or something.
Why is everyone against Kayla? As annoying as she’s been about it, she just wanted the truth to come out. Parker’s life is being toyed with and people other than his parents have been deciding his future. Stephanie just wants to keep a man so she feels justified in what’s she’s done. Caroline had her reasons (which I’m still not buying); the list goes on. Kayla’s only ‘sin’ is she’s annoying. She’s only annoying because we keep hearing the same dialogue over and over again.
Maybe she was calling from a land line, like the hospital phone, to tell her about Caroline’s stroke. You’re not supposed to use your cell phone in some parts of the hospital. The hospital phone would show a Salem area code. Or, does Kayla have an office at the hospital still?
Even though I prefer Lumi, Sami and Rafe are good together because he’s kind of like the yin to her yang (or whichever way that goes). He balances her out with his calmness. He’s kind of like a cool drink of water right when you need it.
LOL! The layers annoy me. It’s like everyone has that style right now: the Kardashian sisters, Giuliana Rancic, just to name a few.
It’s funny how eyeliner is supposed to accent the eyes (and Nadia’s are gorgeous), but used the wrong way and the face’s beauty ends up hidden.
