was more like a conjuring … her own manifestation of Bo…. rather than a ghost or even a vision.  This is what I took from their lines…. Hope:  "Bo, is it really you?"  Bo:  "No, it’s you."  Then she asks what can she do, and Bo implies she knows what to do, implying that it is up to her to find the people responsible for taking him away from her and their children.  Maybe a little corny in some respect, but that’s how I understood it.  When she regained reality, she grew stronger, knowing in that moment exactly what she had to do, and she needed Steve’s help to do it.  I liked it a lot!  I’m so ready for some real kick-a$$ Hope action.

there’s so much to cover to enable these writers to get back to normal pacing; it’s just appearing to drag since the stories at the forefront are dominating the show right now, as well they should be.

any update on Tyrods injury?  All I was thinking was, ‘OMG he broke his collarbone.’  Hope that’s not the case.  They gave the Pats a run for their money, just came up one T.D. short.  At least the Bills have a shot at controlling their destiny, so keeping my fingers crossed for them.  Sammy Watkins is freakin’ amazing!!!

and I love and respect him for his true heroism, but it shouldn’t be keeping him on longer than he deserves to be.  I did like their freestyle, but his first dance left me thinking….’no improvement there.’  Probably has a lot of the military voting for him though, but I think it was undeserved for Carlos.

I don’t know why anyone’s even trying so hard; they have to KNOW King Derek and Bindi have had this season locked up since week 1.  Nothing against Bindi; she deserves to win it…she’s marvelous — Derek just rubs me the wrong way because he never gets a bad partner.

I still like Nick Carter and Sharna, and believe he is "most improved", but I don’t expect him to win.

and we still have to have Bo’s funeral to get through (at least I read there’s going to be a funeral), so lots of things happening on our screen this week and part of next week will all be the same day!  I know, continuity writers; but then, geez, can we get back to regular speed/pacing?  At least let’s have some changes of clothing, shall we?

Abigail will still be in that cabin next week, and Chad still won’t be there.  I’m really wondering what will happen to poor Wendy (the midwife) once Abigail delivers her baby.  Will Ben make sure she doesn’t talk killing her too once the baby comes?  Man, this guy deserves to die in the worst way possible, but RSW is really performing in this role.  Mansi is doing well, too.  I can totally feel her fear as well as her pain.

A little ridiculous, I thought.  That poor kid is really a mess, but I thought the actor was better today.  Ciara still seems cold to me, though.

I was fine through the first half of the show; once Steve and Kayla arrived on the scene, the waterworks opened up again!

that snakebitten doesn’t even begin to cover it.  I mean, how many more key players do we need to lose?  Joe Flacco was the worst for me, though.  Not only is he out for the season, but he’s questionable for next season as well, because he not only tore his ACL, but his MCL.  How he stayed in the game to control the clock amazes everyone who knows the pain he must have been in.  Now he’s facing major surgery, which could easily take up to 2 years to complete his recovery.  Then, to add insult to injury, we lose Justin Forsett, who broke his arm and also said goodbye to this season.  Needless to say, our victory was not so victorious for our Ravens.  Gloom all over Charm City today!

So, I’ll be rooting for you both, casey and powerpaws2.  I know I should be rooting for the Bengals, since they are in our division, but honestly my heart just isn’t in it.  Would love to see the Bills take the Pats casey.  Keep the faith!

The headwriter(s) actually design the long-term storylines and they map out or outline how and when the scenes are to be shot, or how the actual story unfolds on the screen.  The headwriter(s) has a staff of writers under him/her, and these are the associate writers who are responsible for things like the narrative, the script, the editing, etc., are performed by the headwriters’ staff.  Each writers takes their turn, depending on who they are writing for in the storyline.  The breakdown writers write the narrative script and the scriptwriter dialogues it.  There’s also the script editor, who controls making sure all the days are on track.  (Obviously this is where DOOL sometimes really fouls up).  It’s like an assembly line, and if you fail to meet your daily deadline, the whole show goes off-key, as obviously we have seen happen.  So when we complain about thigns like the show’s continuity,  blame the writing staff, not the headwriter(s).  LOL!  Also, we should all remember that, not always but usually, when old writers are fired, the new staff of writers or executive producers want to hire their own people.  That’s why every time a 13-week cycle ends there’s always the chance you might be let go.  Anyway, this is the way I’ve always understood it.  Maybe you should ask Jason47.  I’m like 2 of the 3 monkeys; I only know what I see and hear.

exactly how I feel about Peter Reckell’s return.  At first I was avidly against it, and really enjoyed Daniel Cosgrove in the role of Aiden Jennings.  I thought Peter was being selfish and demanding and not really focusing on how this would affect Kristian Alfonso’s chance to move on as the other half of this 30-year love story.  Then, I read that Peter was only coming back to give Bo and Hope a proper closing, and that he would have to do it all in 2 months — right, 30 years wrapped up in 2 months work.  I thought to myself, who are they kidding?  Now, after watching what these wonderful writers and actors, and I mean from the headwriters to the breakdown writers, the script writers, the editors, directors, and to the actors themselves, and every power that be connected with Bo’s return, have now put my doubts to rest.  It was beautifully done, from the writing to the quick but dead-on (pun intended) finale of Bo dying in Hope’s arms, and it still has my head reeling today.  I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with a 2-month sl to give perhaps one of, if not THE, most popular super-couple of all time as far as soaps go, the closure that they, as well as their fans, so well deserved.

and welcome to our little Salem Place family.  It always amazes me the way God seems to test our lives, but you certainly seem to have been able to hold on through what seems like insurmountable odds for you these past few years.

My long deceased grandfather used to say:  "I cried because I had no shoes until I saw a man who had no feet.  Reading your synopsis proves his point.  Bless you! Hope you stay with us through what seems to be a wonderful rebirth of DOOL.

I think that’s why they gave him the scene of calling and speaking with Chelsea, because RM wasn’t asked back for the 50th.  Too bad.  I sort of liked Chelsea after a while.  I did appreciate Bo calling her and, of course, his "I love ya’ kid" always got to me.

he did an interview about the how, why, when, what, etc., of Bo’s death, and I specifically remember that he said something about "passing the mantle on to Ciara," so it doesn’t surprise me that Shawn D. wasn’t included in Ciara and Caroline’s scenes.  I noticed that Ciara was the ‘dominant’ child figure in Bo’s return, and I think it was very noticeable by the fans.  Why?  We’ll I suppose we’ll see why next week when Belle and Claire return.  They’ll have their own set of insurmountable problems, besides the death of Bo.  We’ll learn why Shawn D. came home without them.
