 is "supposedly".  That *itch never did have leukemia, or so much as a hangnail, but she did assault and kidnap Kayla, starve her for days, and she RAPED Steve, regardless of how anyone believes it might look on that tape, and now this morbid shrine proving her obsession with Steve and her intention to do bodily harm, and by that I mean death, to Kayla,  I’m pretty sure someone will come forward or evidence will be found, or even the simple brilliance of a good, hard-nosed lawyer will prove that this maniacal skank’s death was justified and that she is right where she deserves to be.  Right now I’m more interested in the snake reference in her story.  It was tattooed on her back; painted on the wall; used in the actual shrine of doom and gloom, and made into a key that unlocked the door to the shrine room.  I would think it has some significance, but they couldn’t have used anything better than a reptile to refer to that bag of slime’s sl.

with them, but why wouldn’t they use their phone to take pics of the whole room….unless, of course, they couldn’t get any bars down there to activate their phones.  But, yes, it was creepy….more than creepy….it was morbid!  Especially the one of Kayla as a bride with her eyes dug out!!!!  (Ugh)  Thank goodness Ava’s gone for good!

 shows have been taped all the way through to August, i.e., the 5 week hiatus; however, we don’t know how much more will be cut before some regularity sets in.  It may still be close of 5 months for now, but the networks are really trying hard, I believe, to get closer to other soaps in tape-to-air, and at some point I think it will reach a 3 month point, at least!  Actually, they need more than one of these hiatuses to even things out, but I don’t imagine the actors would like it that much.  I’m sure a lot of what’s already been taped is being cut from week to week.  If anyone reads spoilers, you would see where things that were supposed to happen never did because the scenes were cut.

 about a recast, so I’m really anxious to know what’s down the road for Abby and Chad if Kate Mansi is NOT recast.  What is Abby’s fate in determining how she leaves Salem?  If they DO recast, it will have to be with a very strong actress, because Kate Mansi has really been good and owning the role ever since she was kidnapped by Ben (a perfect example of a young actress who started slow and improved to the point where Abby and Chad have earned the right (at least by their fans) to be put in a super-couple category, but Billy Flynn is such a strong actor that a weak actress would only pull him down, possibly even destroy Chad and have him turn back into a full-fledged revenge-seeking DiMera.  So, another wait-n-see I guess.  But, I haven’t even read where anyone is auditioning for the part of Abigail Devereaux, and Kate is long-gone and working on other projects.  I do know she will be on our screen until May sweeps, at least.

 even after Kate Mansi leaves (which she already has), and I hope they can find a good recast that works as well with Billy, because he shines in his role of Chad DiMera.

 both Vivian Jovanni and James Lastovic have been given far too serious a role for their inexperience to permit them to do well.  However, I vaguely remember when Kristen Alfonso started in the role of Hope….she too left much to be desired in the way of acting and eventually grew into the role.  The trouble with Jovanni is, I believe, still more her speech than her acting.  She is difficult to understand at times, sort of much like Josh Taylor (Roman), who I still to this day find difficult to decipher most of his words.  I do love the way the young actors resemble their on-screen parents, but they certainly have a great deal of room for improvement.  I also agree that the young actors portraying Chase, Claire and Theo are much better in their roles, especially the young man portraying Theo Carver, who seems to be doing a good job, although he seems to me to display more of a teen with aspergers than autism.

 not only to a fabulous actor in JM, but also to the character of the truly iconic Stefano DiMera.  I loved each and every minute of it!  And what a fitting ending!  WOW!!!
