he would never be believable today as Carly’s son. Although Cody Longo is much younger, he’s a much better fit for the role. I hope he realizes at some point that Vivian was one of, if not THE, main reasons his mother is where she is today. And Mel, of all people to call about finding out where Nicholas was, you chose Vivian. Ummmmm, she hates you mom and wants her dead ….. you do realize that, do you not??? I do hope that once Carly’s rehab is successful, that we get to see Nicholas turn against Vivian for what she did tried to do to Carly, and that he is finally united with his half sister, Melanie. Then he and Carly can leave town and start to heal their relationship. I wish that CC were staying, because she is a stellar performer, and I am totally sick to death of the Dan and Jennifer show. I would so rather Daniel and Carly be end game. One thing I’m not looking forward to with the new writers is the Jack/Jen/Dan triangle. Bah!
and that is WHY is Roman so dead set against Bo and Hope investigating it? He’s practically threatened them with losing their jobs if they follow up on the case. He uses the excuse that the department can’t afford it, and now he claims that orders to cease and desist the investigation come from "higher up", so who could be higher up than the offices of the District Attorney? That’s why I think it might be the D.A., who because he is so distraught over Chad’s mother being one of Stefano’s hookers, which in turn produced Chad, he can get his revenge by continuing to attack Salem’s prostitutes while, at the same time, supressing any investigations into the case. JMHO.
I really do like him and Abbey together. Where most people think she’s nosey and selfish, I think she’s concerned and caring, and she’s falling deeply in love with Chad, so I would HATE it if Chad and Sonny were end game. As a matter of fact, I would DESPISE it.
financial problems. My thinking is that perhaps she thinks that since Chloe, someone she admires and looks up to, is making money the easy way, that she decided she would try it out. That’s maybe why she decided to take Chloe’s john yesterday. She’s impressed how easy it is for her to make the big bucks by doing something she evidently enjoys….having sex. I’m sure she’ll get herself into a heap of trouble with one of these guys before it comes out, but when it does, that might be the way Kinsey exits the canvas.

I’m reading that although he does love Gabi in his own way, he will pull further and further away when it comes to desiring her sexually, so I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. When it was decided that the mate for Sonny would be Will, even Corday admitted that it would be Sonny and a "well-known" character; even Chandler Massey said it would be Will, but the latest spoilers (spoilers not rumors) are still saying that Will will be pulling away from Gabi in the "lovers" department. So, my question would be why do this if they intend to keep them together. Maybe they’ll go the route of Will having mixed feelings about his own emotions. He’s always saying to Gabi, "I would never want to hurt you." What if he is suddenly having emotions within hisself that he clearly doesn’t understand, but realizes that he does not love Gabi in the same way that Gabi loves him, but more platonic. I’m still rooting for it NOT to be Will, though, because of the character’s history, but I’m still not certain that it’s NOT Will.
he’s far too busy ragging on Sonny to be involved in who’s maiming prostitutes. Now, the D.A. is an interesting suspect, because he hates the DiMeras; not only because he knows they are a crime family, but he now realizes that Stefano is Chad’s biological father (not that he’s ever shown the young man any father/son love). Even that, by itself, would not be enough reason; but, what would be enough is the fact that he knows his beloved wife was once a hooker for Stefano, and the result of that hidden fact, her and Stefano, and not her and D.A. Woods, produced Chad. So, it might be logical for him to have suddenly snapped and be the one maiming or killing the town’s prostitutes to ease what must feel like, to him, his own humiliation over Chad and his mother. Just my speculation — no spoiler intended. Other than that, I honestly don’t know, unless it’s Quinn, himself, brought on by his being abandoned by his mommy dearest. He would have access to all the Salem ladies of the evening and know exactly where they would be at all times.
to begin with, and the warm reception she received when she did finally return there, I was less than impressed with Carly’s scenes yesterday, simply because Carly Manning is well aware of Vivian Alamain’s contempt, hatred, jealousy for her …. call it what you will …. yet she stands there and takes that crap from Vivian yesterday, right there at the nurses’ station, no less, without even the slightest bit of doubt that what Vivian was telling her was even true to begin with. Then Viv shoves two red horse pills into her hand and leaves (which could just have easily been poison). Then later she runs into Quinn at the Pub, slaps and curses him, runs out, pops the pills given to her by Viv, and then goes straight to re-hab with Mel. So, I guess my question is, why even give or take the pills in the first place? Just thought it was dumb.
As for Kate, I think her prolonged use of the blue hair dye has affected her brain’s capacity for remembering who she is, where she came from, and that it was a DiMera who almost killed Phillip. In any case, the whole scene with her pontificating with Chad yesterday over her belief that Stefano would die without him was laughable. Then she pounces on Abigail, blaming her for Chad’s decision to leave. Right, cause that will change his mind, right Kate? Kate, wake up (or not) … you’re hallucinating …. "WE" DiMeras DO NOT EXIST. Run, Chad, before Morticia and Gomez really get their claws into you.
so this is, I’m assuming, what she’s been doing all those years she was away. What happened to the time she was supposed to have been earning her degree. Oh, wait, maybe that’s how she was paying for her tuition. LOL. Poor TB …. I don’t know why Higley did this to her, but Taylor has become probably THE most hated character ever to have returned to Salem. E.J. actually made my day yesterday in his conversation with Taylor. E.J.: "Do what I told you, all right? Just go away, walk away, turn around and don’t look back. Just do me a favor and stay away from me, all right?"
NOW, IF SHE WOULD ONLY LISTEN. Honestly, best line of the day, James.
