Abby will probably blame herself because her dad saved her from the elevator, but loses his life doing it.  I can see her going into some sort of deep, dark depression.  At the same time, if Brady loses Madison in the explosions, he will in all likelihood blame his self for not being there for her, so my guess is the two will bond over their losses of the two people they loved.  That’s just my guess on how they would put them together.

I wasn’t talking about you specifically judging this young man — well, in that part of the post anyway.

Maybe that’s because he WASN’T.  Who leaves their bride-to-be a couple of hours before their wedding to go running through tunnels under Salem searching for Melanie when there’s, oh, I don’t know, a town full of people already doing that????  AFAIC, Brady simply proved to me that his love for Madison wasn’t all that he tried to convince everyone, including his self, that it was.  But, not to worry, I’m sure he won’t be crying in his beer for too long.  I read he’ll have a new love coming in the fall.

Love Kate taking it to Ian.  Can’t wait to see that one.

I’m most interested in No. 8 – Ian having E.J. tied up and pulling back the curtain.  Sounds like a wait-and-see, but could he have Stefano?

It’s "Paralympics." The present formal explanation for the name "Paralympic" is that it derives from the Greek preposition παρά, pará ("beside" or "alongside") and thus refers to a competition held in parallel with the Olympic Games.  The Summer Games of 1988 held in Seoul was the first time the term "Paralympic" came into official use.

Maybe people should Google him and read his biography before passing judgment on what he should or should not be doing.  He’s run in 4 Paralympics and has been a double leg amputee since he was 11 months old.  Other athletes praise him for his strength and courage.  He’s not bionic.  There are no sensors or devices in his legs that would give him any "advantage"; just his own desire to compete in a sport he loves.  His name is OSCAR PISTORIOUS, a 24-year old from South Africa.

but if anyone is going to put them back together, it’s going to be the new writers.  They are well known to have a penchant for this couple.  If they would pick a couple and stick with them, and then write good stories around them, I wouldn’t care as much.  I’d be willing to bet that it’s their intention, especially since it’s going to be obvious, if only to me, that E.J. is going to save Sami’s life.

I read there was concern, and where some even questioned (but not challenged) his being allowed to even qualify for the Olympics, because they thought the way his prosthetics were constructed and curved, that gave him an "advantage" over the other runners.   Did anyone else hear that?  I just could not believe my ears when I heard the announcer talking about it.  Shame on those who thought this way.

I think it’s still under investigation, isn’t it?

So, so proud of the USA athletes; they are once again practically blowing away the other countries in most fields.  The swimming and gymnastics are my favorites, and I felt sorry for the the male gymnasts and surprised they practically fell apart, but the girls were gold once again, and Gabby Douglas is a little fireball.  So glad she won the all-around.  I think right now we’re ahead in the all-around medal count, and expect the U.S. to once again rule when the track and field events start, which is today.

And again, congratulations Michael Phelps —- you’ll be going out in style as THE most decorated U.S. Olympic athlete of all time.

his last air date is August 17th.  I do suspect that Jack will die as well as Madison, and yes, that they are giong to reunite, at some point, Jennifer and Daniel.

Endometriosis is an often painful disorder in which tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus — the endometrium — grows outside your uterus.  The Mayo Clinic states that there is no known cure, but there are treatments which can help relieve the symptoms and improve the quality of life.

to go through another round of Stefano.  Glad to know Maxine is coming back, so I assume she’ll be in the picture when everyone starts filing into the hospital when DOOL returns.  I am surprised they brought "T" back, though.  Maybe he’ll be the next to ‘come out.’  I always thought it was extremely weird how he acted toward sonny; like he had suppressed feelings about his own sexuality.  It should be interesting to see his reaction to Will being gay, since he always considered Will his best friend.  I’d be willing to bet the reason he acted so macho and ignorant to sonny is because he didn’t want the rest of his "straight" friends to find out his own secret.  Should be good, though.  I always thought he was a pretty decent actor.

I must say, I was sorry to see Jen Lilley was let go.  I was really getting used to her in the roleI liked the way that she made her own.  I thought she was doing a terrific job.  She took it really hard and left a video message for her fans thanking them for their support and letters.  It was sad to watch her tears flowing while she said good-bye.
