Participantafter they both got out of their car and shot and killed the cop, then a barrage of bullets hit the older brother, with the news that the younger one, the one being hunted now, simply backed over his brother’s dead body and GOT AWAY. That just baffles my mind. Did no one chase this kid down? Of course, with the media today, you believe half of what you see and NOTHING of what you hear.

Participanteom!

Participantand has threatened to "kill all of them" because they killed his brother.
I do have the feeling this will be an all-day, uninterrupted event.

Participantshe had way too much going on with the baggage on that coat. At least they told her to tone it down, but she seems to me to be the type who will take their criticism and then still do what she wants. I do believe these judges clearly think she has the best skills for high fashion on the runway.
I really loved Stanley’s work in the past — first part of this final, not so much. Everything he put up last night looked like it belonged in a catalogue rather than on a runway. He better decide to modernize, or he’ll be leaving next.
Patricia runs hot and cold for me. Loved her blue dress, but did not care at all for the "Tina Turner" topper! Adored her horse-hair top and thought the concept was brilliant, and I did not see where her textured black and white dress deserved such criticism.
Actually, I liked Daniel’s designs more than Patricia’s, but actually thought Stanley would be the one "out" last night.

Participantbut every one of the final 5 deserved to be there; it’s just a matter of who has the largest followers. I’m just glad Amber wasn’t in the final two this week. I wasn’t surprised that Kree was in the lowest 2 either; I did not care for either one of her songs Tuesday, but the judges seem to love her, so I had a strong feeling they wouldn’t waste that last save on Janelle. Now, they can’t use a save for anyone (I think).

Participantplaying a frat guy named Chip who was trying to get Finn and Buck to join his fraternity. I don’t know if he’ll be on again, but I don’t think it’s a contract or recurring role; more a guest appearance. Casey mentioned it on his twitter account recently.

Participanttrouble is writers today don’t present them like they did in the past. It’s more important for today’s writers to make it all about sex, multiple partners, lies, manipulations, affairs, and anything else they can think of to NOT create the everlasting romance. And the more sex scenes today to write, the better for today’s squires. They feel personal lives in a couple’s bedroom must be seen to be appreciated, and the more lies, cheating, manipulations, etc., etc., the better. They’re not soap operas any longer; they’re soft porn.
I know practically everyone despises E.J. and Sami, but I can think of a lot of other characters I would rather see less of on my relaxing soap hours than EJami. However, I am enjoying them now, which makes me believe that the writers are trying something new and different in presenting couples today, and it has to start somewhere, so they decided to start with the couple least likely to be depicted this way. I can honestly say that I do not believe that E.J.’s and Sami’s lives, together or individually, will ever be boring, but I do think this is what Corday had in mind when he said they were going with EJami lock, stock and barrel. Those who like them will continue to like them; those who don’t never will; but, Bonbon may be right. The days of Alice and Tom Horton are gone forever.

Participantthat Eddie and Reynold were sleezy characters who will take any chance to cut their best friends throat if it allows them to get ahead. Malcolm will learn this as well. I used to really like Malcolm, but this "three amigos" garbage is so unflattering to the 3 of them. To be so bold and brazen to show it at council meetings and then brag they the 3 of them are in control has "surprise" written all over it, and I hope all 3 of them go down before people who really know how this game should be played. Slow and easy wins the race every time, and the only one with any sense of this game is Cochran.

ParticipantOh, well, we’ll have to take a page out of Sami’s and E.J.’s book and just stay true to ourselves. LOL!
I can’t say I’m not interested in any other stories, though. I’d rather they put Nicole with Rafe or even back with Eric, and not because I don’t like Vargas, because I do, but I can’t help but feel that he’s using her and she will wind up getting hurt again. Do I want her with Eric? Absolutely NOT! Guess it’s the Catholic in me, but I never did approve of women who can’t control themselves around a good looking priest, even if it is on a soap.
Sweeps will probably get deeply into the baby story, since they keep mentioning that the baby will be here in another month, so I’m sure we’ll be eyeball deep into that conflict with lots more involved than simply the parents an the wannabe parents/grandparents.
I have a feeling Kristen/Brady/John mess is heading for a sweeps explosion as well. I just hope Brady gets out while the gettin’ is good, because I simply cannot stand him with Kristen. As for John, whatever plan he has I’m sure will come to light soon; but, if I am being honest, I would love to see Marlena hold up that gloved hand when he tries to explain it to her, turn on her heels and walk away. John needs to know how he has been treating her is wrong, and Marlena needs to let him know how it feels to be ‘left out’ for a while. I wouldn’t even mind a little ‘best friend, Roman’ running a little interference between them for a while.
I don’t know where they’re going with Vargas and Nick, but I don’t think it’s going to be what we thought. I starting to believe Vargas simply Nick’s protector in jail to keep other inmates off him, and he perhaps made Nick his drug runner. When Nick squealed on him, Vargas got p.o’d. and stabbed him. When Vargas got the additional 3 years time, and now it’s payback time for Nick. If Nick is redeemed, I can see an early exit for Vargas.
I don’t know where they’re going with Stefano and Victor, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed. Right now they are both merely shadows of their former selves.

ParticipantSami showing her vulnerability and admitting to E.J. how she always looked at her other proposals and the men who made them was terrific. It shows how much she has grown to me, and why she has, in her own way, forgiven E.J. for past actions he’s taken. E.J. could not have been more open and honest, and yes, I’m sure, others will never perceive him as "honest," but with Sami yesterday, he certainly was. He could have taken her anywhere in the world, but he took her to the one place where he knew it would matter to her the most….her family’s pub. He was romantic and yet I could see he was deeply touched. Yes, I felt he was more than sincere with admitting how much he loved her; he was true — true to Sami and to himself when he told her how he has always felt about Sami from the day he met her. It was a solid performance, well written, very well acted, and very loving and emotional. They HAVE forgiven each other, and if they can stay this way, it’s fine with me. If Sami and E.J. continue to live, love and respect one another in this way, yet still face the world head on, together, then they have a fan in me. I hope the writers continue to write them in this fashion, because they are a super couple for whatever that’s worth in soaps. I’m afraid poor Lucas is out of the running, no matter how much he tries to convince his self that he is over Sami. The reason I say this is because I read that BD has been put on "recurring" and we all know what that means for an actor in soaps. It means you’ll see him about once or twice a month, if at all. Besides, I’ve never been a fan of triangles, rectangles, or any other angles when it comes to who’s partnered up with whom. To me, a couple has always meant "two."
Incidentally, I love Ali Sweeney’s hair this color now. I hope she never goes back to that bleached blond hair color ever again. I think they’ve been showing her with a much more sophisticated look of late. Even her wardrobe has improved.

ParticipantI know they broke into the end of DOOL here for a special report, but they were still saying that no one has been arrested yet, but they had several people of interest that they wanted to talk to. That was smart of them to jump right on asking everyone and anyone to turn over their pics and videos. I think probably that’s where they got a lead of who was at or near where the bombs actually went off. My heart and prayers have been going out to these people since it happened. Justice simply cannot come soon enough for them.

ParticipantNo surprise there. D.L. was practically a given. The man simply cannot dance a lick. He did take it like a good sport and managed to make light of some of the judges’ comments, and add a few of his own, that were very funny.
Andy Dick is a little bit better than D.L., but certainly not by much. He seems to have a broader fan base, though. The " team Pickler-Dick" comment shocked the hell out of Brooke. I really didn’t think it was that bad — suggestive, maybe, but not bad. I thought it was funny.
Ortiz could go before Andy, since he’s been in the bottom a few times now.
