the best in their travels. It must be wonderful to just pick up and do something like that. I’m not that much of a traveler, so although it seems like a big adventure on the one hand, maybe a bit too much of the unknown for my taste. Good luck to them and I hope and pray they have safe travel.

you would have thought she looked up into the eyes of Duke Johnson, and that E.J. was about to pounce on her. I can see her being afraid of Stefano and what may or may not happen to her family by throwing Sami to the wolves, but I agree, she brought this all on herself. Why didn’t she just start the damn video rolling and put it in front of Justin’s face before going to anyone with it. I guess I just don’t get why she hates Sami so much, and unless someone can explain it to me, I’m not buying this part of the storyline.

All this aside, the scenes yesterday between Judi and Wally and everyone involved with their drama were otherwise spectacular, and I really am enjoying the angst that is evidently going to come between them. Bring on Stefano, who I’m sure once this all comes into his focus, is probably going to go after Justin and his family, which I’m hoping will involve Victor getting involved in an effort to protect them.

I will say, we may from time to time see “too much Sami” on our screens, but this storyline has opened an umbrella over so many important characters involved …. practically the entire cast in one way or another, and this is what makes it so interesting to me. It’s not just another ‘woe is me’ storyline involving Sami Brady, but the multitude of families’ lives affected by it.

when you are married outside of the church in a non-religious ceremony, i.e., a justice of the peace, or at the courthouse, you are married in the laws of your state, but not in the eyes of the Catholic Church, but you still would need special dispensation to be married in the Church. What they are talking about here, I’m sure, is that Sami has been married at St. Luke’s before, but those marriages have been annulled. Her last wedding in St. Luke’s, I believe, was when Will shot E.J., and Lucas took the blame and served the time (I vividly remember it, because Sami wore a black wedding gown because E.J. was forcing her to marry him). There also was a time, at least when I was young, that you had to be Catholic to be married on God’s altar in the Catholic church, but not any longer. It used to be a non-Catholic, regardless of whether it was bride or groom, could not get married on God’s altar, and had to be married at the railing, where Communion is received. Things have sure changed a lot.

That reminds me, Sami’s last marriage to Rafe was performed in the park, but I can’t for the life of me remember who married them. Was it Father Matt? Was it a religious ceremony? I can’t remember that one, so maybe she can get married in the Church.

and that’s the August issue, so that’s how she looks now. Although, I must say she looks bigger on the show, but I guess a lot of it is the clothes she wears, plus the camera makes you look bigger than you are. She’s also an exercise guru and works out quite a lot, eats healthy, and is extremely active, so whatever she’s doing, it’s working for her. She looked smaller than Katie Couric today, and Katie is a slim woman herself.

meddling, obnoxious, super-crazed mothers intent on controlling and possibly ruining their kids’ lives — and Judi is too good for this. They should have given this role to someone else, like Kristen or Kate or some intentionally villainous character rather than to Adrienne. I despise her in this ridiculous quest of hers. Yes, she did what she thought was right, but now all she will have is her own hand to pat her on the back, because no one is going to accept what she did. Hope her and her conscience live happily ever after.

his contract is up this year, and CM wants to move on. As for CB, I think she would be recast as well. They’re not going to just throw this storyline away and pretend it never happened, because there are too many people involved in Will’s and Ariana’s and Gabi’s lives, not to mention Sonny’s. If CB decides to leave when her contract is up, I think they will begin to pair her up with another actor on the show now….maybe Cameron, and then if she decides she is leaving, they will recast Gabi. I’m not certain, though — this is pure speculation on my part.
