and think she is a remarkably beautiful woman with style and grace, especially since she is nearing 61; however, the ONLY thing I have enjoyed Kate in lately has been her comedic scenes in the alleged murder s/l, especially her barbs back and forth with Sami and Gabi. The whole cougar love/fest with Rafe was not cup of tea, though a lot of people loved it. Now, however, that it’s obvious that Rafe is no longer interested in her except as a friend, and is developing feelings for Jordan, the thought of her going back to baking poisoned brownies, or even scheming to take Jordan out of Rafe’s life, seems so pathetic to me. I do enjoy her working with Lucas again, but I’m also not interested in her constant interference where her children’s lives are concerned either. Kate has a keen nose for business and s/ls relating thereto is definitely the road they need to keep Kate on, and shelve her love life for a while, at least until they find someone appropriate for her. Seems her best male counterpart in that department is Stefano, but I would love to see John Martin return as Bill Horton and give Kate a love interest that I could root for.

with the heat of 1,000 suns; but, it could be interesting if they did go with a much greater variation of Abbey being a sociopath, as you suggest, instead of the school-girl stalker she was with Austin. I did have to laugh when she said, “OMG…Sami will kill me!” If not, a good suicide storyline would be fine with me, as I find Abigail Devereaux to be one of THE most boring, anal characters this show has put on contract in quite a while….and, while we’re at it, NO MORE PREGNANCIES, DOOL!!! YOU GOT THAT???? (As Victor Newman from Y&R would say).

and hopefully that ship will soon sail for good. I was actually pleased when it was clearly apparent that E.J. turned somewhat cold after they finally got up out of that damn bed and got dressed. Add to that, I saw some definite signs of his repulsion with his own actions after Gabi and Will left the mansion, realizing what a huge mistake he made. With Sami returning home Monday, I’m anxious to see how E.J. will try to hide what he did, while Abbey constantly obsesses over her new crush, and the endless flashbacks make me want to hurl. Not long, I would imagine.

just wait until he tries to break free from this kling-on! Serves him and Abbey right. When this finally reaches Sami, he’ll be crawling on his knees lower than he did when he had to kiss Stefano’s ring, since I still sincerely doubt he will seriously take up with Abigail.

to get things ready when he/she was told someone was coming to the Island. It still was sloppy writing, IMO. Just another plot point so I’m already disappointed with this storyline. Although, I must say, I’m surprised the writers went with it. Abbey’s not only the same age as Gabi; she’s just as stupid and can’t see she’s being used. E.J., however, just screwed his self royally, if you ask me. Abbey and Gabi are two peas in a pod, and there will be no way she will keep this to herself.

where E.J. and Sami are concerned than any other on the board right now, or any agreements/rebuttals that I can possibly offer. I do agree, however, that they are definitely in love with one another, especially where E.J. is concerned. He came to Salem with a mission from Stefano, and in the process he fell deeply in love with this prey and has never stopped loving her, and the same goes for Sami, who has had her own collection of men and husbands, or almost husbands through the years, but somehow always finds herself back in E.J.’s life. So, throughout all their trials and tribulations, and even though he has been with other women, including Nicole, and she has been with other men, including Lucas and Rafe, it has always been Sami for E.J., and E.J. for Sami, and always will be. That’s why and how I define them as a “super” couple.
