Know who does remind me of Brady, though? Don’t laugh, but it’s Bob Harper, one of the trainers on The Biggest Loser. I always thought he reminded me of EM, but with a lot of tattoos.

Yes, I read about the homophobic remarks Juan Pablo made. They’ve been trending all week (with a lot of help from the media, of course). Too bad. It put him in a very poor light.

Not much I like about this Bachelor’s show this season. The women seem to be getting worse. I don’t enjoy it half as much as I used to.

she’s a nut job just like her grandmom Laura was; and her obsessive behavior with men who are not only older, but in a committed relationship will come back to really crack her up one day. I see her with real problems resulting from this. As I mentioned once, a good suicide story, or at least an attempted suicide s/l, would be what I could easily expect to come from this. Yes, I will say, E.J. has a lot more to lose, but Abbey will pay the price for it. E.J. is already sorry for even thinking this would work, and now all he wants to do is shut her up. Wouldn’t surprise me if he did at some point.

I don’t think all of the cities involved in the audition have been shown yet, so I’ll be sure to keep an eye out for him.

who, due to his accessibility and compassion for not only members of the Catholic church, but the teachings and laws of Catholicism as a religious culture in and of itself, I see more and more changes coming to light, and I must admit that I, as a divorced Catholic, welcome them. I grew up a “cradle Catholic” but over the years I slowly removed myself from the religion for many reasons, which I won’t go into now. I will say, however, that I am very pleasantly surprised at the modernizations this man, our new Pope, is willing to make to bring Catholics back to the church, including his understanding of homosexuality and his welcoming of homosexuals back into the Church. People may hate one another for all sorts of reasons, but God hates no one. I truly believe that.

but if you’re asking why message boards are not printing as many spoilers as they used to, even though some administrators have a lot of people on the “inside” more than willing to offer up info, seems to me, then, that they are simply choosing to respect the wishes of the show itself.

admitting it once they decide to reveal the truth, or come out so to speak. Both Freddie Smith and Guy Wilson are straight men playing a role, according to their own admission, and I have no reason to think they are lying about it. I always thought if a straight actor could convincingly portray a gay relationship, that perhaps they were bi-sexual; however, both of these men claim to be straight. I have no opinion, one way or the other, about watching them on screen, though. I think they are both doing a very convincing job. What I do find distasteful is bearing derogatory comments or disparaging remarks about seeing two fine actors doing their jobs, whether it’s to someone’s personal taste or not. Chandler Massey is also a straight man who did a fine job portraying a gay man. Now, there are also a lot of gay/lesbian actors, especially those who work on soaps, playing straight men/women and engage in explicitly sexual scenes. There was a whole list of them on another board a while back, and I was surprised to see some of the names, I must admit. However, I have to wonder if that is as bothersome to some who simply do not wish to see two men or two women kissing or making out.

I read that Corday Productions, SONY and NBC have all instructed through various message board administrators as well as the soap opera magazines NOT to print excessive spoilers. What is released is usually insignificant or misleading, so in a way it’s a good thing, because I never in a million years would have predicted what was going to happen between E.J. and Abigail.

I did read one that interests me though, and it has to do with Arianna’s christening where, supposedly, “all hell breaks loose.” That starts toward the end of next week, maybe even Friday, and I know Julie is behind a lot of it, so I’m guessing it may have something to do with Nick, or maybe Nick shows up, I don’t know, but it sounds like something explosive or pretty astonishing will happen. I’m pretty sure Nick is NOT dead, so that’s why I’m thinking along these lines.

and Stefano sent him to Daniel with a specific purpose in mind, to use any method he needs to destroy any evidence that could be used against Kristen, so I would imagine Chyka came fully prepared for whatever he felt he would have to do. I can’t imagine him lasting too much longer on the show, but so far he’s added a little excitement to the rather boring of late Eric/Nicole storyline, for me, anyway.

and I sort of think they are maturing her a little more than she has been portrayed in the past. Of course, when this secret between E.J. and Abbey is finally revealed, probably at or right before her wedding to E.J. (cos we all know how many times Sami ALMOST makes it to the altar), maturity will jump out the window when revenge walks through the door. LOL. Too, bad; and that saddens me. It needs to stop.

especially him not being a Brady or a DiMera, is another ridiculous plot point to possibly get him involved romantically with that “bottom of the barrel” *itch, Theresa, and that makes me hate it even more. Between Theresa’s blackmail of JJ, her comradery with that other no storyline troublemaker, Anne, her obsession with Daniel, and her unreasonable hatred of Jen just makes me wish that she would meet some horrible fate, like death. Anything that will take her off my screen is fine with me. As for Brady Black, I’m hoping John’s return will provide his salvation at some point. I like that Maggie is trying her best to help Brady, but I don’t think Nicole will be the one to do it. These writers are too far along now with the Eric/Nicole s/l, plus she knows that Brady is on to her own addiction with Eric.
