if I didn’t know Kate’s concern was more for the ‘rivergate’ incident being brought out at Gabi’s trial and sentencing. Not that I don’t think she feels bad for Gabi, because I’m sure she does; however, she seemed a lot more, shall we say, relieved once she heard from Gabi’s own mouth that neither Kate nor Sami’s involvement in covering up what they believed to be Nick’s death from drowning. I do believe Kate would do anything to protect her children, even if it involved murder. Probably made Gabi feel a little better about what she did.

who first mentioned that there were three bullet holes in Nick; one in his back and two in front, and since everyone was there at the time she was examining him, I would think that would not have been news. At first I did suspect there might have been two shooters, E.J.’s hit man from the back, then possibly he spotted Gabi and left the scene, leaving Gabi to put two bullets in his front, but now we know that didn’t happen. No wonder E.J.’s man gave the money back; he didn’t even get a shot off to begin with.

who in the hell works in Salem? For as much as Jennifer has been called out by that hag, Anne, for not showing up for work, seems to me Theresa should have been out on her can a long time ago. Where’s Kayla, anyway? This is what I hate about plot storylines. Never ever even close to resembling someone having and maintaining a job in the real world, and yes, I do realize it’s a soap opera; but, seriously, Theresa Donovan is such a losing character, I would not care one bit if she got fired and killed herself …. that’s how much I loathe this character.

As for Brady Black, he’s one hell of a man, isn’t he. I mean punching out his 60-year old father just because his father doesn’t want to see him throwing his life away? Another sickening character added to my list, and it’s getting quite long.

this is not Sami to me. Her and E.J. have turned into characters I despise on other soaps, but they always have been, and always will be, my favorites on DOOL. And, yes it seems they are running the show, but I have the feeling they are supposed to be, setting up the climax for their departure (late October/early November), and that’s when the tears will come to my eyes. Hell, I may even say goodbye to DOOL if these writers don’t shape up with their damned pi$$-poor storylines. In one way, I will be extremely sad when E.J. and Sami are gone, but, on the other hand, I will be very happy not to have to read all the bitching they get from posters, on this board as well as on others. The characters are very close to ruination with the fans, and that is such a discredit to AS and JS. Glad they don’t have to put up with this shit any longer either. I wish them both the very best of success in their future endeavors.

It was horrible and I don’t think he will ever trust her not to live in a world of lies and deceit to get what she wants, regardless of whether or not she changes. I actually think a good story would be for Nicole to get therapy for her life. Too late for Sami, she’s leaving, but she would benefit from some as well. I’m so tired of these wonderful actors getting cheap roles just for the plot, although, sadly, AZ and AS have stayed pretty true to their characters.

but not necessarily paired up with Aiden or anyone else right away (although I really do like the Aiden character). That’s the trouble with the writers; they feel the need to throw someone together as soon as they are available, but Hope’s storyline keeps her in limbo because she is not free to date or even show any interest in someone else because she is still so determined to stick it out with Bo, so I say yes, kill him off. What’s the sense on a short-term run only to have him upset his and Ciera’s applecart even further than it already is. As for Nicole, she should take a huge step back as well and maybe pay Marlena a visit and seek some therapy instead of jumping into another relationship, if they are going to end her and Eric. I’ve seen some horrid s/ls for Nicole, but this was one of the worst. I’ve hated it since day one, and this marvelous actress deserves better.

at least that’s the impression I got from Eric’s and Nicole’s scenes today. Regardless, if she didn’t tell him everything, Nicole finally did. I think he’ll leave her, but we’ll see I guess. I just cannot imagine him staying with her knowing she lied about being able to prove he was raped by Kristen, but her selfishness overtook her common sense, and now I think her life with him is doomed. I will be very surprised if Eric forgives her. But, I’m betting Daniel will, and that may be what drives and Daniel to their end. He’ll take pity on her when she loses Eric, and Jennifer won’t be able to forgive Daniel for that. JMO.
