Abbey seems to have really fallen for Ben, and although Jordan is getting closer to Chad (for now at least), I think it won’t be too long before Theresa decides to get her hooks into the new guy, Paul (Nurita) (sp?)
to get Brady back. That’s not to say she won’t move onto someone else once she has accepted the fact that there is no baby. Probably will be the new guy, Paul (the baseball pro and Dr. Jonas’ new patient). He’s quite a flirt and seems to be right up Theresa’s alley….handsome and rich, according to his rather large donation to the hospital’s PT department. Theresa will probably just believe the home pregnancy test was a positive/negative result and simply decide to move on, since Brady will probably believe she was lying to him once again.
what we found out was only the tip of the iceberg. There’s going to be way more to Aiden’s story than what we heard yesterday. That being the case, I really do like them as a couple, and I love the friendship between Hope and Rafe; always have. However, in the love department, it’s Hope and Aiden for me. I just hope we don’t have too much angst once other things regarding Aiden’s past begin to reveal itself, including the ‘so-called’ suicide of his wife (which I still don’t quite believe happened the way he explained it to Hope); but, we shall see.
the first real tragedy of the voting system. Lea Thompson goes home while Tommy Chong hobbles on. I’m sick of it!!! I will admit that Lea was a little too "full of herself" at times, but the 53-yr. old lady could dance, and that’s what it’s supposed to be about. Tommy Chong is lucky he can hobble on out there from week to week, and stupid Len keeps singing his praises every week; it just makes me gag. I swear, I feel like writing Lea just to apologize to her for the total screw-up this show makes at this point. I don’t give a damn how popular Chong is, this was horrible to watch a talent like Lea go home while someone stays who can’t even shine her shoes. Worse than that, there were 3 extremely talanted couples up for elimination last night, any of which could have gone home because of this horrible system. Now I have to watch Peta drags Chong’s aching old bones out there for another week. Sorry, but I’m just so PI$$ED!!!!!! AAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!
bit Drake (John) won’t be back on our screen until Christmas. I despise Kristen, but not as much as I despise Theresa, and yes I do realize Kristen’s crimes were so much worse, but hell nobody pays for their crimes on this show anyway. In any case, I don’t know how ED feels about her character (Ashley Abbott) on Y&R, but believe me when I tell you that, compared to Kristen DiMera, she’s like watching paint dry over there.
to me that we’re a half game out of first place in our division, as well as a half game out of last place. I agree, we bounced back; but, to be quite honest, the Titans are not a very good team this year, so even though we got the "W", I have to face reality and hope that next week’s bye will be the well deserved rest we need right now, after 10 street weeks of playing smash-mouth football. I need to see that we can start feeling good about playing teams like the Broncos, Patriots and Cardinals. At the very least, improvement in our secondary is a must, as well as a much more effective offensive line. Still love having Joe Cool at QB, but I have to wonder how long his body can take those beatings he seems to take very week.
Tough loss for your Bills yesterday. I thought they would pull out the victory, but you’re so right about turning the ball over. Thursday night games are not good for my liking. Shorter week of rest for teams that play on Sunday, but you know I’ll be wishing you good luck and rooting for the Bills, especially since we have Miami coming up in a few weeks, too.
Football has always been my number one spectator sport, with baseball second, but that’s about it. But I agree, it’s very frustrating at times. I’ll say this much; I’d rather watch one day of football on the NFL RedZone channel where I can see portions of every game played on Sunday that watch one day of the crap we’re watching 5 days a week on DOOL. LOLOL!!! Go Bills and Ravens!!!
if the writers can’t keep storylines from being predictable, how can they expect fans to be interested when they do decide to reveal whatever the reason was for writing it in the first place. I want and expect sweeps to surprise and shock me….make me say, "WOW, never expected THAT," not think to myself: "hell, I could have told you that was going to happen." This is how I felt about the Jordan/Clyde reveal, and also this putrid outcome between JJ and Eve. So, if you writers aren’t going to surprise and shock, why bother to drag it out so damn long. So, guess I’m resubmitting my request: NEW WRITERS, PLEASE!!!
Now Kristen stealing Theresa’s fetus and leaving Salem with Brady’s child, I will admit that was a surprise. But now she’s gone, so I’m left with listening to Theresa trying to convince Brady she was pregnant????? I would have rather Kristen just took Theresa. At least it would have killed two baddies with one stone. So many villains….so little love stories.
what she said to Brady about leaving Salem with something of him inside her…the best part of him… that was it! Unless they are a day behind due to a pre-empt or something. Otherwise, ED has left the building.
if as soon as Eve finds out that Paige forgives JJ for whatever silly reason she had, like drinking and being around those girls at the keg party, Eve’s reasoning will fly right out the window and she will blackmail JJ. The woman is the scurge of the earth. JJ will be so afraid of losing Paige by finding out he screwed her mother that he will allow his self to be blackmailed by this man-eater.
when she put her jacket on to leave the pub, it was clear that her jacket was black, but the darker part of her dress was lighter than the jacket. I think her dress was Nave/White — at least on my TV it was! LOL!

and I was screaming right along with them. I don’t care how damn stupid they both felt afterward; this is completely unacceptable. Ken Corday should be ashamed of his damn self. This is beyond low. If this is the kind of trash they think people will watch because they love soaps, they can count me OUT!!! I have never been so disgusted with a scene as I was today. DOOL is really committing suicide. I actually got nauseated. No wonder their in last place in the ratings.
she grills JJ’s every move, and then when he asks her a question, like who told you that, or how did you find that out, her answer is always "it doesn’t matter who told me," or "what difference does it make how I found out," and that just makes me want to slap her….hard…. I mean why couldn’t she just tell him, "it was Bev who showed me the picture, mocking you and insisting you’re nothing but a player, and then she forwarded the picture to my phone." She expects him to be up-front with her, but she aviods his questioning her accusations of his behavior. Ugh, kick her butt to the curb JJ and find someone who believes in you. I mean, seriously, what is it with these Devereauxs and their screwed up love-lives? I’m totally sick of this family and its constant angst. Please Calgon….take them away!!!

I wish they would have Theresa faking a pregnancy rather than Kristen perhaps causing her to miscarry if she is. Either redeem this character or give her and her evil step-sister walking papers. And, would somebody at that hospital please fire Anne Milbauer? Another worthless plot-driving character. I so wanted Marlena, or even Kayla or Daniel, to take her before the hospital board by now. Talk about insubordination …. this woman needs some comeuppance and put in her place, big time.
