especially since she is finally seeing the light where his priorities lie.  Daniel, abiding by the general rule of a Salem parent, is too busy being a nosey, interfering, over-protective parent of an ADULT child.

I’m hoping she as well as her criminal cohort, Xander, will be caught and charged with smuggling diamonds.  I don’t know how her exit sl will be written, but I do know that she will be airing throughout the summer….and then gone!!!

she really did not deserve to be eliminated before either Chris or Robert.

for Sonny before Justin returned to Salem.  I think Justin would rather see that Sonny is truly happy, whether it be with Paul or with Will, and he so as much said so to Paul.  He does not want Paul to give up on Sonny if Paul is who Sonny will want to be with, and he encouraged Paul to return to Salem to find this out, even if he may get hurt because Sonny might still choose Will.  With Freddie Smith leaving, especially when he finds out Will is still attempting to ruin Paul, that Sonny may decide to leave Will.  What happens afterward is anybody’s guess.

so I suppose the next big conflict is going to be between Stefano, Marlena and Victor, once Stefano realizes what happened to Kristen.  Then, of course, there’s Clyde and Victor’s conflict, which should also bring some pretty good action.  So far as I can determine from tweets being posted by the cast, they all seem to be thrilled with the new writing, even though we won’t see it until late summer.  Now, if we can just get this Eve/JJ/Paige crap out in the open, with Eve’s obsession over JJ revealed, I will really be thrilled.  Looks like lots more people returning for the 50th anniversary as well.  I must say, I am beginning to feel pretty optimistic with the way DOOL is shaping up and concluding these current sls.  I think Kristen does not survive that fall.  The only way I see Eileen returning to DOOL is if she quits or leaves Y&R.  I think this was closure for Kristen DiMera.

it’s just a shame that our O’s had to make MLB ‘history’ in this way.  From what I understand, it’s the first time that has ever been done.  Yes, things were much more calm last night, and there were only 10 arrests for violating the curfew.  I have to applaud the police on how they slowly and methodically dispensed the crowd, even while being pelted with first plastic water bottles, and then with glass bottles and rocks.  Thank goodness, my neighborhood was quiet as well, and we were all extremely grateful for it.  Of course, last night was the first night the curfew went into effect, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that by the time the full week is up, the acts of violence and protesting will end, but we are somewhat concerned that when that time comes and the National Guard, along with the many law enforcement officers from all the various counties and other states, have left Baltimore, that it will not start up again.  The mother who reacted to her son’s participation has become an overnight ‘star’ for her actions, and I have to give her son credit as well for showing his respect for his mother and not lashing out at her while the young man was being humiliated on national TV.

I live about 3 miles from Harborplace (Camden Yards), and rioters have been in my neighborhood, looting in Fells Point, as well as many surrounding areas.  Last night my 23 year old grandson, who is staying with me for now, practically barricaded me inside my house and, God bless him, kept watch practically all night long.  It has been extremely difficult to even watch everything on TV, let alone realize what’s going on all around us.  Our beautiful Charm City has been defiled in ways from which we possibly may NEVER be able to recover.  Today we have State of Emergency tactics in place, curfews in place, as well as additional police protection from our neighboring counties, plus the National Guard is in place today with more violence expected tonight.  If control cannot be gained, I suppose the next step is Marshall Law, which means Baltimore’s attempts to regain control will be taken over by the military.  God help us!!!  Please say a prayer for us, my dear Salem family!!!  Thank you, casey, for your concern.

she can’t keep her foot out of her mouth long enough to convince anyone (not just Daniel) to listen to her.  Yes, Daniel is playing the "do as I say, not as I do" game with Nicole, and I was happy to see her walk out on him yesterday.  I can see both sides of the coin here.  I just love Ari Zucker, but Nicole is and always will be her own worst enemy, particularly when it comes to love.  As for Daniel, he is still so hung up on Jen, it’s pathetic.  They seem to both be using JJ and his problems as an "excuse" to be together, now that Jennifer has once again gone back to Daniel for his input into the situation.  What happened to her "stay away from me and from my children, and stay out of our lives?"  Wasn’t that just the road she took in their last meeting?  I am sick to death of what is supposed to be perceived as romance on this show.  When I look at couples on DOOL today, I have to wonder why anyone looks forward to a coupling, whether it be their favorite or not.  It has been many years since they have portrayed love and romance on DAYS, and I’m hoping that at least Josh Griffith can change things now that he is one of the new writers in place, because honestly I don’t have much faith in a writer who was previously fired and then rehired (Deana Higley), but I know fans are really getting fed up with the writing and the sls for DOOL, and believe me, it shows in the ratings.  Makes me wonder what/if there is a reason to hope for the show to be picked up once we get past the 50th anniversary.  Oh well, I’ll probably go down with the ship.  LOL!

he is so talented, and so entertaining.  He just makes me smile watching him perform.  I still can’t get over his Pirates of the Carribean paso doble.  I could almost believe he was Captain Jack Sparrow!  Uh-oh…2 eliminations this week.  I would like to see Chris hang on another week, too.  He’s not going to win it, but he’s improving, along with Willow.  This is the first time I was a little bit disappointed in Rumer and Val, mainly because of the "booty" dance.  It just didn’t fit in with the "Spring Break" theme, IMO.

just guessing, but so far these villains are not proving their worth anything, except when Sonny was stabbed.  Clyde almost appears to be redeemed and now in love.  I wouldn’t mind him using and giving Kate something to be more sorry about now that she is returning to work for Victor.  I think her karma hasen’t even begun to hit her yet.

and I hated her with that stupid E.J. s/l.  Don’t know why, but both of Jen’s children are losers.  Could it be because they are "their mother’s children?"  These writers have destroyed the Devereauxes.

Guess you missed those posts.  I liked his looks better as Damon.  He had longer hair then.  I do not like Xander’s shaved sides and slicked back top hairdo.  I don’t like that haircut on any man.
