along the lines that her illness could stem from her realizing that she has uncontrollable desires that lead to her promiscuity, coupled with the fact that she has no regard for the consequences she brings to herself or to others. Ever since her desire for Austin with no regard for the fact that he was married, looks as if she herself realizes that she is becoming quite the little man-eater, and perhasps that awareness, along with her inability to control it, could drive her over the edge at some point. Just food for thought for a new s/l that has not been done before.
mental or otherwise, skip a generation or two (diabetes), so it could make sense to have Abigail inherit the gene rather than Jennifer. Sounds like a terrific idea to me.
I just don’t believe he’s at liberty to explain his situation yet; however, I agree he could have denied the Elsa excuse if, in fact, he is in some way involved in the Bo and Steve returns. Guess we’ll just have to wait until later in the summer when these two return to Salem.
As for Abigail Devereaux, this girl just gets on my last nerve. What a total hypocrite she is. She annoys the heck out of me and so does Chad. Whatever Stefano has in store for her will be well worth my wait if it totally destroys her. She could leave Salem today and it wouldn’t hurt my feelings.
Will….what can I say about this loser that hasn’t already been said. He is obnoxious to a fault. When he told Kate yesterday "I tell the truth…it’s what I do," I was waiting for the sky to open and a bolt of lightening strikes him dead. What a POS he is. I will definitely miss Freddie, but can’t wait until Sonny walks out on Will. I don’t know what these writers have in store for Paul, but CS is still taping, but I sincerely hope he is given a sl that does NOT involve Will. Maybe they can bring Derek back to Salem and he could find a way to help Paul get over Sonny. In any case, Will Horton deserves to be completely alone to ponder the error of his ways. Maybe Sami can take him back to L.A. when she leaves Salem again.
E.J. was Sami’s fiance; both girls were Roman’s daughters, Roman is Kayla’s sister, so that makes them both her nieces….and Kayla doesn’t seem to have a problem with that.
and extremely worried you could be right. I did read where James was asked to return for the 50th and had to decline because of his schedule and his new show, "Wrecked", but said a return at some point could/would be possible, and, of course, nothing is impossible on soaps. LOL!
I don’t know who she thinks she’s kidding … herself, maybe. She had no problem stalking Austin and trying to convince him they had sex; she practically begged E.J. to allow her to be his mistress; she played poor Cam and Chad like fiddles, and now she’s doing the same thing to Ben and Chad. She is pathetic IMO. Always trying to play the good girl, all the while playing guys against one another and trying to burn the candle at both ends. Ugh…don’t like the actress; despise the character. By the way, Kayla, you can at least try to remember that you are propping a closet nympho who had no problems seducing two men in your immediate family, both being your nieces….you know, the daughters of your brother Roman???? Better keep a watchful eye on both Joey and Steve. Please….give me a rest with little miss goody-2-shoes. I hope Chad burns her again!!! Then I hope she goes crawling back to Ben, who tells her to piss off.
I thought Molly did a great job with her exit scenes. Very moving and loads of passion. Melanie Jonas clearly had some quirkyness about her, but she certainly did not deserve to be the brunt of some very harsh snark and criticism shown by some extremely mean and not at all funny posters on some boards (one in particular). For me, personally, I liked her and her exit story and hope to see Molly Burnette return one day. She deserved much better than she got.
I asked Jason47 in the Brady Pub forum something along the lines that wouldn’t it seem strange if the show SORASed Joey and Claire, but not Ciara, Theo and Chase, but I guess even he doesn’t know the answer to that one!
and you are exactly right, TFlo1018, not only would Victor destroy her before she even got to court, but Aiden could/should/would prove her unfit as well, so for Aiden to make that ridiculous comment to Brady that he could lose Tate after Theresa’s background in L.A., as well as her past criminal activities in Salem were brought into testimony, she wouldn’t be allowed to come near that child. So the stupid plots continue with TomSell — please, let’s just get them all over, done with, GONE and hope that Higley/Griffith will be the improvement this show so desperately needs to save it from cancellation altogether.
and thank you for updating us on these fabulous vets who will be returning so far. I follow your posts and updates to your own site as well as another site I frequent in true lurking fashion only, and always read your posts with great anticipation. With DOOL taking somewhat of a hit in ratings for a while now, I also feel excited with the new writing team in place and look forward to the Higley/Griffith sls to begin airing in August. I also know you don’t like to give away TMI too soon, but I can’t help but wonder that, since they are SORASing Joey Johnson as well as Claire Brady to teens, don’t you think it will be somewhat strange not to do the same with Theo, Ciara and Chase, although I can’t help but feel sad to even think of losing Lauren Boles. In any case, your hard work and the updates that you are willing to share are greatly appreciated. Thanks for being the very best at what you do for soap fans everywhere.
Martha Madison maybe? I do know that Shawn and Belle’s daughter, Claire, is returning, SORASED to a teenager. Can’t wait til’ all these vets start showing up! C’mon August!!!!
Lucas and Adrienne have been nothing but fast-forward material for me from the day they first appeared on screen. I could take them as friends, but they look so out of place as a couple. Almost like Lucas is dating an older relative. Well, guess he is, since he is insistent upon sexing it up with his granddaughter’s grandmother. Ugh….this damn show!!!
