Participantin these deaths until the killer is revealed (at least to the audience) in November. Then we will probably get more action, including flashbacks to these murders. Right now it’s just setting a building block, setting up Salem and its residents for a serial killer. And that, my friend, is my main interest. I think I read where more and more clues will be revealed and the actual killer will shock us all. That’s why I don’t think it’s some random or obvious person like Clyde, Ben, or even Stefano. This will all lead into a huge umbrella story running well into 2016, and that’s what I love about this writing and the new turn DOOL has taken. Each week we’ll have more action than we ever had …. and that’s a fact! LOL!

Participantand under contract, as well as Wally Kurth and Judi Evans (Justin and Adrienne); but, yes, a lot only signed on for 3-6 months. I know Gabi’s return is short-term. Wonder if she will leave Salem with Ari, which makes me also believe, for some reason, that Will may be a victim of the serial killer. Maybe that will be the reason Sonny will make a short return, along with Sami. I really think the cast won’t actually balance out until somewhere around May sweeps, and then what’s beyond that will depend if the show is renewed. At least that’s what I believe, since Corday says the 50th anniversary shows will continue for 9 months or so, so that’s why I’m figuring May sweeps. I think Martha Madison and the young actress portraying teen Claire, as well as the rest of the teen set (with the exception of Chase) will be long-term.

Participantbrought to life by TomSell will be eliminated, and that includes Ben. Rob Wilson has to go very dark with Ben first, and he will. The cast for the 50th is still growing, and more returns are expected, so that means a like amount will be going; otherwise, the cast would be too huge.

ParticipantI’m pretty sure Peter Reckell wanted that for the iconic Bo Brady, and I truly believe that’s what we’ll get. But, of course, he will save his Fancy Face from a fate worse than death (Aiden), one final time. Peter has still not signed a contract, and I truly believe this is what he had planned all the while before agreeing to return. I think Hope’s fate will wind up being Rafe, and I know you don’t like him, TFlo1018, but I would rather see Rafe in full detective mode alongside Hope any day than in bed with Kate Roberts!

ParticipantHope’s connection is now with Aiden, and since she knows nothing about him being held prisoner, I can’t say that I blame her. She thinks Bo abandoned her and Ciara, so I can easily see, after 3 years, a disconnection on Hope’s part, especially since she has a new love connection. I just hope this short-term return for PR will make it all worthwhile, and not just another knight in shining armor return by Bo and then "poof, he’s dead!"

Participantwas good casting for the role of Joey. Granted, he is bitter, he is beligerant, he is disrespectful, and he is rude, but I could see him soften a tiny bit today with Kayla. Say what you will about the kid, I think once Steve and Kayla begin to mend, so will their son. I don’t know if the actor portraying Joey has any prior acting talent, but I think he’s doing a good job in the role of a very troubled, spiteful young man who feels both of his parents abandoned him; one left him completely while the otehr shipped him off to a school he hated. His arrogance with the teacher that Kayla met with today was just another example of his rebelling against a school that is being decided for him without asking him first if he even wanted to go there. He’s 16 now, not 6. This is tough on all of them, but I’m keeping an open mind that once his parents work things out, their son will happily follow their lead. I hope so anyway, because right now he’s a big pain in the butt!!! LOL!

Participantand it sure looks like Theresa is on her road to redemption; until she met up with Brady, and, after realizing that he not only committed to Nicole, but showed little to no faith in her abiilty. I could almost see Theresa’s claws beginning to grow. I will admit, I actually enjoyed Theresa’s scenes with Maggie much more, because it delved a bit into her background and how Kim (predominantly) ignored not only her talent, but refused to even discuss her dreams and wishes to become a designer. I especially could understand her saying when someone tells you enough you’ll never amount to anything, eventually you believe it; so, yes, I would say if she we are beginning to witness a new and somewhat improved Theresa Donovan, although I’ll have to see much, much more before I ever believe it will last. I still wish, if she is staying, and it looks like she will be, that they pair her with someone other than Brady Black. Just like Melanie, she looks like she should be his little sister rather than a love interest for Brady. Guess I’ll just have to wait and see how this all plays out, because the last time I can recall, there is no love lost between Theresa and Nicole because of what Theresa tried to pull on Daniel.

ParticipantI love the verbal combat between Victor and Steve and the fact that Steve gives as good as he gets with Victor. It’s almost as if Steve has ESP where Bo is concerned, knowing like only Steve would the fact that those letters were NOT written by Bo, not because of what WAS said, but because of what was NOT said; knowing they never went to Tahiti, or not acknowledging Ciara’s birthday, and Victor finally realizing that no one knows Bo like Steve. The excitment mounting in each show now has me on the edge of my seat. I’m glued to my TV now, wishing I could extend the show when suddenly it’s in the last scene. Genius writing, to say the least.

ParticipantRavens fall again 20-19 to Atlanta; but, truth be told, I expected it. We only played with 43 players last night, all working extremely hard to keep their jobs, which now must cut 18 players by tomorrow to get down to 53 for the season’s actual start next week. I could name at least a dozen right off the bat that I would bet money will not be seen in a Ravens’ uniform ever again. LOL! Anyway, now the "real" show begins, and we have a tough start right off the bat, facing the almighty Broncos and their aging yet magnanimous leader, Peyton Manning. Fingers crossed for the Ravens, as usual!!!

ParticipantI don’t think Magic is in trouble. Victor cares deeply for Caroline, always has; but he still seems to love Maggie very much, and that’s fine with me. I think his concern for Caroline’s health is normal, but now that they believe Hope is replacing her love for Bo with Aiden, it’s only natural that they would come together there, although that will soon quickly change, I’m sure. I really liked that they both had the same password for their phones….Bo’s birthday.

Participantthey would each get a clue and realize that Abigail is a lying, cheating skank, kick her to the curb and find someone who doesn’t like keeping two guys on the same shoestring until she decides which one she wants to screw. She makes me sick. I like both Ben and Chad, who have both been manipulated and controlled by their wicked, disgusting fathers. I hate how these two handsome, sexy men have been written, wrapped around that little two-timing fickle finger of fate known as Abigail Devereaux.

Participantit’s what’s called a "soap staple" my friends. We don’t have to like it, but we have to live with it!

ParticipantI think she leaves town in a body bag. Word is she will be victim #2.
Also, her last day is Wednesday, September 9th.

Participantit would be really out there, but I could see it, especially after GG’s interview stating we will be shocked and surprised. Most posters on other boards also believe it will be Daniel, but I immediately thought of Eric. I do hope we’re wrong though.
