I was confused too, but it was Gwen in the Sarah mask at Maggie’s house. Ava gave her the mask to put on in the hotel room that Gwen and Xander live in. Ava stayed at the Salem Inn, Gwen returned and Gave Ava the mask to put back on so when she left it would legitimately like Sarah was leaving town. Then Abigail confronted her and thought it was Kristin in the mask. Kristin called and then Abigail thought it was Gwen, but Gwen came out of the Salem Inn and Abigail was thrown off again. So Gwen did play Sarah at Maggie’s and Maggie hugged her and was happy to see her. That’s when she got the maternal love.
Ava got the Sarah mask rom Kristin, not from Gwen. So he would have no reason to suspect Gwen knew of Sarah’s whereabouts. However, why isn’t he questioning why Ava would don a Sarah mask? What was in it for Ava? Absolutely nothing. That’s exactly what Abby was getting at with Gwen. Xander should try to figure out why Ava and Kristin would want him and Maggie to both believe Sarah just hated him and wanted nothing to do with her mother. They both knew that Sarah was alive and well, but what purpose did that serve Ava? When they start looking at this differently, they’ll realize that it all goes back to Gwen. Then they’ll figure out that Gwen and Ava helped Kristin escape, too.
I don’t think she got him to be her lawyer, yet, and she never will. I just think it would be a hoot if she saw him in the pub and thought, she couldn’t find Don, so she’ll ask Chris.
I know, I thought that was stupid. And if Johnny had visited Susan at any point in his life, why did he not continue visiting up through the time Susan had Will convinced he was EJ.
Agree, too much talk not enough action. And why did Susan need to confront Johnny like she did. If she thought he was Satan, why not just hang around with her suspicions instead of telling him what she thought. Stupid, stupid, stupid!
I agree. He’s supposed to be stronger than Marlena, you’d think he could fight off Satan and all the bad and evil that Satan is doing. I’m just ready for this story to end. May can’t get here soon enough.
No one remembers them, except the long time viewers. So no one cares about them.
On a side note, Sarenee said she found a lawyer. Want to bet it’s Roman, who she thinks is Chris Kosicek. Now that would actually be funny.
Of course they’re negating the history. But if you remember, Sarah saw the pic of her and Xander and she said something like that’s you and Sarah Horton and she didn’t see herself. How the hell would she know what Renee DuMonde looks like? The journal she read that made her believe she was Renee, didn’t come with pictures. For that matter, why would she look and Xander and see Alex Marshall. He was part of Renee’s history, but Sarah doesn’t know what he looks like. Also, the logic of the real Renee being around 65 if she were alive, sorry, but you’d know if you didn’t look 65. Not sure what she is really seeing. The whole story is ridiculous. I’m hoping as the drug that Kristin was giving her, starts to wear off, she’ll start to go back to being Sarah.
Yep, spoilers say Satan will erase Jake’s memory. I’m wondering why Satan didn’t do that to Susan when he was in Marlena’s body, or to Paulina. Seriously, if Satan can randomly wipe out peoples’ memories, why didn’t he just stay in Marlena and do that every time he was found out by someone?
The first victim of the Salem Stalker was Renee DuMonde. I have heard rumors that they are bring this story back in the summer. I have also heard Abigail will be killed off—presumably by the Stalker. Is it possible, if Sarah continues to believe she is Renee, they will make her a victim again and kill her off? I personally don’t think the Renee persona will be around too long, so she’ll either get her memory back and reunite with Xander, or she’ll be killed off believing she is Renee.
I’m still trying to figure out why Tony doesn’t tell her he’s Renee’s brother. I thought it was settled that both Andre and Tony were brothers and they both were Stefano’s biological children. I understand that the Renee character thinks that Tony isn’t her biological sibling, but in keeping with the story, he is. So although Tony and Sarah are not siblings, Tony and Renee are and if I were Tony I’d just say, hey I’m your brother so get the heck off of me.
Kristin gave her Renee’s journal to read and I believe there was also a book. Sarah was a pile of mush, so to speak, and came to believe she was Renee.
I think RC is all about shock. Somehow he thought we’d be shocked by the reveal of Craig being gay. Next is we’re supposed to be shocked by his paramour being Leo. And after that, I think he will throw the Craig story to the wayside. I don’t think Craig or Nancy or Leo are going to be on long term, so it’s just a ploy to attract viewers. And seriously, I think Brady and Chloe will get back together, and the next shock will be the return of Phillip (not shocking at all).
