I think the writers are trying to redeem Leo. I don’t even think that’s remotely possible. They can do what they want, but we the viewers are not so easily fooled. They are trying to do the same with Gwen—not gonna happen as far as I’m concerned.
The problem here is Chandler Massey. He does not want to come back full time. He has a full time job in Atlanta and he’s doing Hallmark Movies. He doesn’t need Days. So if his character is only in Salem periodically, they have to find something/someone for Sonny, and that’s where Leo comes in. I personally, don’t want them together. I don’t know why TPTB think we need Sonny to have Will or Leo in order to have a storyline. I think he could have a great storyline running Titan with his brother Alex. The competition would be awesome, plus it would be like good brother vs. not so good brother. Much more interesting to me than lets put Leo and Sonny back together. Yuck! I’m just not a fan of Leo.
Well I don’t know how this will play out, but spoilers say Gabi and Shin don’t get married—no surprise, it’s Salem. So either Gabi gets her memories back of the conversation with Rolf or Stefan gets his memories back or finds out that he was brainwashed.
Prison is a stretch. There’s no real crime, either. Rolf is nowhere to be seen, and he’s the one who committed “the crime.” The police would never come after any of them for what happened unless the DA was hot to file charges against them. Can you really see Stefan running to the police and the DA and saying please file charges against these people because they knew I had been brainwashed by Rolf? That’s a ridiculous premise. This is the Dimeras, they’ll keep it all in the family where revenge is better than going to prison.
I have no idea where this story is going. I’m sure once Gabi figures out she was injected with something or Stefan figures out something is not right, Johnny and Wendy will find out about Li keeping Stefan on ice, Kristen having Stefan brainwashed, and both Li and EJ keeping it secret from Stefan for their own ends.
They weren’t all recorded on when Days was on NBC. The one show that aired on Thanksgiving day, is the episode that was added. The episode on Wednesday and the episode on Friday were the originals. They created an episode to throw in the middle because there was no episode when the show was going to air on NBC, because of the Thanksgiving parade and the dog show that follows.
I don’t know why things happened the way they did, but that’s what happened. Why didn’t Wendy and Johnny get loose from the restraints prior to Rolf coming in? It’s the plot!
I don’t think this baby will die. Just saw Jada leans on Rafe. Maybe this ends up being a way for Jada and Rafe to get together. She certainly wouldn’t be the first pregnant woman to lean on his shoulder.
If you recall, Rolf was about to give the second jab to Wendy when Johnny was able to get loose from the restraints and he attacked Rolf. As he was fighting with Rolf, Wendy got loose and hit Rolf over the the head. He passed out and then Johnny and Wendy tied him up.
I agree, I don’t understand why we’re not seeing Paulina fight back. Maybe next week. What I don’t understand is it seems like this situation with Sloan is moot. Her mother attempted to kill Chanel and when Chanel stepped out of the way, her mother flew over the edge and fell to her death. That’s an accident. Chanel is not responsible for her death.
I think those Thanksgiving scenes were probably recorded when Days was on NBC. They had a scheduled preemption, and that would have put those episodes today, had the show still been on NBC. It’s not a big deal, I’ll roll with it.
I do think Susan is alive. Ava, I’m not sure about, but there are spoilers with her next week. Wonder if she’s just a ghost, like Charlie.
As for Wendy and Johnny, the first jab Rolf gave them was to knock them out so he could tie them up. The second jab, would have been for the dose that makes them forget. They never got the second jab. My question is why didn’t they inject Rolf with that? Then he would forget everything that happened and be none the wiser as to what Wendy and Johnny know.
Eli is not coming back until Christmas, same with Will. They’ve always made a much bigger deal of Christmas than of Thanksgiving. Rafe is have Gabi and Li over. He asks Nicole to make a pumpkin pie which he promptly throws in the trash. From previews it looks like at that point, It’s only Rafe, Gabi, and Li celebrating Thanksgiving.
Thank you for the spoilers. So it looks like Ava has Susan in her car and that’s the car that goes over the cliff. No one’s ever dead in Salem, so I guess they’ll both be alive.
As for Li Shin, this is all going to bite him on the butt. First, he doesn’t want harm to come to his sister, and second any harm coming to Johnny will invoked the wrath of EJ.
