Participantnot liking this SL. This needs to pick up and move forward – in a hurry!
casey
Participantbut maybe great minds think alike!

Participantdo you think Abs will go with this? I see her maybe setting up Austin in some hotel or something and arranging for Carrie to “catch them.”
But if they’re going to go more the psycho route, it could be interesting if Days writes it well.casey
Participantwrite Lucas like this, I’m all for it. But will they?

Participantthis guy is no dummy and he’s got a quick wit too. Will be interested to see how he does as PM.
Victoria can try and defend herself all she wants but she clearly did not want to work. I had to laugh at sword fighting with a purse hanging around her!
I thought the Hulk took it too far with Penn about how he can handle any task. We’ll see.
PS, Patti – how many here remember Howdy Doody!!casey
Participantof those who don’t care for Lucas. He has historically been a whiney, rather loud and immature character, although his last stint he had improved. It depends on how he is written/presented this time around, but I’m willing to keep an open mind.

Participantthat kind of loony jazz type guy didn’t make it, as well as Jen, as something about her bugged me. I like Hee’s voice but not a fan of his “comedy.” I wish Evan had made it, but his last performance wasn’t strong.
Now let the games begin!
I am liking how the judges are critiquing with more technicality this season. I had not heard the term “turn the notes around” that has been said a few times. I don’t think I’ve even heard Randy do his “Yo dog!” which is such a relief.casey
Participantback in the day. I’ll always remember that Brady Bunch episode where he came to Marcia’s prom. Sad to hear this.

Participantbecause overall I thought the performances were quite good. The first guy for me is NOT Idol material. I cannot see a jazz-scat type vocalist selling lots of records in today’s market. Plus he just bugs me. The guy w/ the bass voice same thing – too old-fashioned. Similarly, the Pittsburgh dad – wonderful guy but he looks way older than 27 and I doubt will attract the younger record-buying public.
I did like the curly-haired guy. I can see the girls going for him too.
We’ll see how the gals do tonight.casey
Participanton Nicole keeping this from EJ – I doubt she even makes it through the pregnancy before EJ finds out. But gee, haven’t we been through this SL before?

Participantgoing on and on to the point of total inanity and disbelief. So much for Sami always harping about how much she loves her kids. That is when she’s not saying how bad a mother she is. The latter applies.
I do think the writers might be playing it this way to make the impact of Will’s orientation on a totally clueless Sami all the more devastating.casey
Participanton CNBC, I believe on Fridays.

Participantfor some surprises – the results had been predicted. And only the speech from the Pakastani woman was memorable for me. I just kind of miss some controversy to spice it up.
Billy was fine – certainly the best master of ceremonies – but his opening had been done several times already.
And what was with only two songs nominated?
I didn’t notice Angelina looking thinner than usual. She could sure work that gown!casey
Participantlike the other guy was seeking Will out. And he was just as into it as Will.
casey
Participantthe intensity of that liplock just the same if it were heterosexual. Because of one thing – Will didn’t even know this guy. I couldn’t imagine one of Salem’s women doing the same w/ a guy she had met for ten minutes.
