such pet peeves with me. The grammar thing – I wonder does anyone teach basic English in school these days? "He had RAN" "He had WENT." And it’s LYING on the bed, not LAYING. When you recline, you LIE.

I watch Judge Judy where you get a real eye-opener of the common lexicon of youth today. I’ve heard several times "I borrowed him money." Huh? That’s not even what you mean to say, as it sounds like you’re the one doing the borrowing.

As for the expletives, it’s gotten totally out of hand. The MFs are horrible to me – think of what you’re saying there. The F word is beyond hope I think, it is so ingrained now. And where God is concerned, no one seems to realize they’re breaking any commandments by taking the name in vain. The crudeness of society is at an all-time high I’m afraid. And I don’t think there’s any turning back.

I got the feeling this may really be Stef’s demise.

A "feared" mafioso guy like Stef leaving all kinds of doors open at night – maybe Open House at the Dimeras? And everyone picking up the gun, including the Keystone Cops.

However,  I found the ending quite moving with the operatic Pagliaci playing, the music driving the dramatic end.

Marlena’s kinda always been like this which can rake on your nerves. But I think I’ve been right since the beginning in saying this is the best "relationship" on Days. And hey, they’re sticking together! How rare is that on this show?

I seem to recall early on that was mentioned.

that today Lexie was not glammed up. And yes, she does not seem resigned at all. But maybe it’s more difficult when you have a child. I still cannot fathom how I would feel about having to leave my kid. And I’ve never even been a parent.

Is he on the back burner or did they bring him back for a purpose? That lame spa was a dumb idea. I mean what goes on at a spa?

not (again) consulting his wife when Doc Dan came in to relay the pregnancy results. Like maybe she’d want some privacy at that time and none of Nicole and Rafe’s biz.

has had eight surgeries related to kidney stones and was headed to the hospital after the show. Talk about a trooper!

that duel of the titans she performed w/Jennifer Holiday was insane. Worth the price of admission.

half of the premiere and apparently that part of Howard hadn’t shown up yet. But what was everyone expecting? Should we be suprised? I’m sure the producers selected him for being who he is and should have realized Stern was not going to button it for any format – family show or no – and that they were taking a chance with his controversial, mega ego nature. We’ll see how this all plays out with the viewership.
