how opinions would change if the replacement actors had actually been the originals. In this discussion, say NU-Ben had been the first Ben and the original actor the one replacing him. Would fans be saying the new guy is dull and we like the first one so much better?
And say Robert K Kelly the original Bo with Peter replacing him? Would fans say they couldn’t imagine anyone but RKK in the role?
What I’ve found is you need to give an actor some time to ease into the part. So I’m neutral on this guy for awhile yet.but certainly well understand your frustration. Abby is a train wreck and Nicole pathetic. But I wil say I find Ari’s acting always compelling no matter what sort of pap she has to spew.
was ever so lame. Daniel loves Nicole so he wants her to delay marriage for awhile and Eric cannot possibly go and confront him and has to send him a text? Is this junior high or what! Who would believe that? It makes Eric look like such a sucker which I don’t like.
won’t he go back to the priesthood? Even Marlena today said she felt that’s where he belongs. And IMO for a guy who wore the cloth, I cannot see him going from Nicole to Jennifer.
I did not watch last season’s. But this one kept me hooked. Winner Tony is one of those memorable characters like Boston Rob – the puppet master type. The season began divided into Brains Brawn and Beauty which was different. No survivor island which was nice. And instead of final three, it was back to two in the end.
I would encourage you to watch if you have the time.when a church ceremony wasn’t possible. I think he feels everything sacred fell apart and he’s acting that out now. He’s gonna be one messed up dude when the truth comes out.
Peta/James have something going off camera but what about Maks and Meryl? They were pretty cagey when Robin Roberts probed on GMA today. You’d think if they were truly just friends w/great dance chemistry why not just say that? But they both sidestepped the issue.
the writers don’t like? It goes way back to when he and Marlena left and hasn’t the witing team changed a couple times since? This was the staple of Days – John and Marlena. It’s not like they’ve significantly aged or can no longer be interesting together . And if the writers don’t like him why bother having him at all for these token, meaningless appearances? How does Corday feel about hiim?
I do have some sympathy for Brady in one area and that’s Daddy always calling him “Kid.” I find it and John’s tone very patronizing. Is this what we’ve been reduced to – John’s tiresome one trick pony appearances of badgering his son – even if he has his best interests at heart?
I’ve no doubt M&M would win. Afterall, they know the technical side of it and this pair has been virtually flawless. And what chemistry!
