looks just like any number of good looking cookie cutter actors out there. He’s capable enough but isn’t different enough for me to make him interesting. Of course if he’s gets into a meaty SL and more meaningful dialog that can overcome a lot. And Jordan has just been a drag. I do agree Patti her rather deadpan scratchy voice is adding to the detraction of her character. Now maybe when she exerts some drama she too will perk up.
and her hubby Dean. Both were married when they cheated and when someone asked them that same thing Dean swore it would never happen. And of course, it did on his part. I still hope once this actress settles more into the part she should be effective.as Eve’s exchange with Jenn I saw as over the top. But the writing had something to do with it as well, as it was very confusing and Eve went back and forth almost frenetically concerning Frankie.
I think there’s little doubt though that Eve will be a tornado in Salem and Jenn better be up to it.
BTW, wouldn’t Eve be almost in a panic if Paige is indeed Jack’s daughter, knowing she and JJ are getting closer?for this secret of Jordan and Ben’s. Days has been holding this back for so long viewers aren’t caring. So does the person they’re running from trying to kill them? Even that seems hohum to me at this point. This better be good, and if it is, I’ll be the first to say I was wrong.
the Brady SL is stagnant. It has been ongoing for how long? And I don’t see him going downhill or having any consequences at work etc. If we see people doing illicit chemicals with seemingly little effect on them, then what’s the point? Either spring Brady out of these boring doldrums or escalate the drug use into something big and dramatic. I can only hope the entrance of Eve poses a substantial threat to Theresa.
about these award shows is how often winners go to people who have played big drama scenes with lots of angst or emoting. Not to say at all Eric and Eileen didn’t deserve their honor, but I look at someone like Sonny who is more laid back and he’s done some incredible acting in a quieter role. When you can acheive brilliance by playing the ordinary, that should be rewarded.
