I cried so much reading the book, I never watched the movie. How could they bill it as a comedy?

They seem to have forgotten that Stefano forced Kate to marry him and in the beginning of their marriage she hated him. I think that if they had pursued that storyline, it would have been very interesting.

I understood it to be just sleep…no sex until she said she was pregnant. Maybe it will all be a dream ala Dallas.
