Participantshe’s better than Teresa isn’t she?

ParticipantI remember the grape stomping episode. It’s a classic that has been parodied many times. She certainly was a classic and will never be equaled.

ParticipantThey can always kill off a character. Heck, in soap land nobody is dead unless the actor dies…and not even always then, e.g. Bill Horton.
I’m really getting tired of all these lame excuses and don’t believe hope would ever stand for them.

ParticipantNot really anything to write home about.

ParticipantI can’t imagine they would think they could equal it’s appeal. I think it was an excellent production but you just can’t compare it with Julie’s movie. It’s probably like trying to remake Gone With the Wind, although I don’t find that movie anywhere near as good as SOM.

ParticipantHe won’t go out the door because he’d have to remove the chain lock yet he goes out the window and leaves it wide open which is much more apparent (I mean it IS winter) that leaving the lock off would be.

ParticipantWhen I said interesting, I meant in the way watching a train wreck is interesting. No matter which way it goes, whether she develops an unrequited crush or whether EJ returns her feelings, it will certainly be interesting to watch what they (the writers) do with the situation.

Participantshe is so manipulative. If there is anything I hate about a person, it is that. And then she’s so smug about it. It’s true, soaps do need these horrible types (I mean, just look how much discussion she generates) but it still doesn’t stop me from wanting her to get hit by a speeding locomotive.
On the other hand, people (JJ) are empowering her. I think I’d ask myself, what is worse, my mother finding out what I had done or being Teresa’s little minion? Although, Jen has finally seen the light and is having nothing to do with her, the best medicine IMO.

Participantone way or the other about Abby, it could (I said “could”) become interesting if something develops between her and EJ.

ParticipantIt’s a rare day when Nicole looks barely less than perfect.

Participantabout what happened with Nick. It doesn’t[‘t affect EJ. It certainly couldn’t shock him with what he’s done in the past. In fact, it seems to me to be able to have someone to console you would be worth it. Besides, what would EJ do, turn her over to the police? Uh-uh. Would he think poorly of her? Uh-uh, not that either. Tell him, Sami, tell him.

ParticipantGalen is 42 and Lauren is staring down 61 in March. Good enough for cougar status for me, 19 years? However, Rafe in that white shirt (which he’s worn on several occasions) could make even ME go after him…grrrrrooowwww…
Regarding Sami and EJ, as I said in another thread, I would have liked the scene if not for the WAY over the top screaming at each other. I thought only fish wives did that.
Patti, no way in hell is Nick dead. You heard it here.
And again, with Teresa, I just didn’t believe she was reformed. There were two many little smiles and smirks from her before. But I’m with you, send her back to LA and toss her in the clink and throw away the key. I can actually stand Anne much easier (and that’s not saying much) than Teresa.
And TFlo, I don’t think JJ is worried about that video in court, it’s the police that would glom unto it and cause them to go digging for more evidence. But, like you said, who knows when it was taken, although it could have been date stamped. Even so, the whole thing is ludicrous. So, he was there, so what?

ParticipantTheir yelling and screaming was way too much and I can’t believe any couple would act that way. As many fights as I’ve had with dear ol’ hubby, never once did we get even near the decibels they reached. I was afraid a couple of times one of them would burst a blood vessel.
Bonbon
Participantbecause I agree with you 100% on everything you wrote.
Someone catch me, I’m about to faint!
