when Thaao left Days, it was his decision and that he had no intentions of ever returning. I believe he said something to the effect that there was nothing left for Tony. That was why they wrote his death as “final” as a soap can do.
is probably the most useless character on the show. I don’t know why they keep him around. He has no storyline and he has no purpose. He doesn’t even fit into anybody else’s storyline.

I kept telling myself they will not go all the way, that is just too drastic. But when they did, another thought popped up. Hey, this is a soap opera, this is what they are all about. If we can’t have these shocking episodes occur once in a while, what do we have left? Not much.
So, contrary to what most seem to be feeling, I’m looking forward to see where this is going. While I agree, there didn’t seem to be a lot of chemistry, I liked the way it was handled, namely that we didn’t have to see the “hot and heavy” part of it. And I liked the “Oh my God, what have I done” looks on both of their faces afterwards.

Originally it was just one room with the bed where it is now. Then it turned into a cabin with two bedrooms and now it’s back to no bedrooms. I don’t understand why they do that. Do they think we are all a bunch of rocks and don’t remember?

Yes, Abby has become very disappointing. And they’ve taken all the eligibly guys her age off the show, there isn’t anybody for her. I guess that’s why she’s going to develop a crush on EJ…not a spoiler, just speculation on my part.
I do disagree about her dress though. Although it doesn’t really appear to be for a 20-something, I don’t think it’s Alice-worthy.
Dval, I disagree that you don’t lie to someone you truly love. I think in matters that would extremely hurt your partner or something that would destroy or seriously harm your relationship, people lie about all the time. How many people lie to their loved one when they have an affair? You could argue that if they had an affair they didn’t really love them in the first place. While that is certainly true in many cases, I think it isn’t in just as many.
TFlo, I disagree with you about EJ caring more about his family than Sami and that is why he’s not telling the truth about Kristen. I think he’s lying more because of what Sami will do when she finds out what he did and how extremely mad at him she will be (probably the later mostly).
As to couples on the show actually being in any type of normal love, who are they? Possibly Maggie and Victor but, other than that, nobody. What a shame that on a soap which is supposed to be about love more than anything else, we can’t even have a happily married couple. Tom and Alice are probably spinning in their graves.
