I wouldn’t say she was particularily pretty but, like Chloe, she always looked her best.

I’m wondering since Chloe doesn’t have any relatives to dump the baby off to, will she have to take care of him herself?  Horrors!  But, yeah, she’s a doctors wife and can probably well afford a nanny.

I don’t think TV is any place for that kind of language and do they think we don’t know what they are saying even when they bleep it?  Come on!  Besides the bleeping is very distracting and I’d rather just hear the entire conversation than breaking it up like that.  Why can’t they tell the people on the show…NO CUSSING!…or you won’t get invited back…EVER!  Maybe they think it makes them look tough.  Not to me, it only makes them look pathetic.

Sorry for the rant.  I understand the use of the language in real life but, please, not on TV where kids are watching.

They get paid on the same sliding scale but it didn’t say in the article what it was.  I think the stars’ living expenses ARE paid for.  The show also flys them around (back home…like Kate Gosslin; every week!) and to make public appearances to help promote the show.  Whatever they are doing is successful because the show is consistently the number one in its slot.

I think dancers are very much like professional musicians, especially the classical ones.  They cannot exist on their performance income and most of them earn a living teaching also.  It’s too bad because, as you say, they train every bit as hard as these athletes that make millions.  I applaud DWTS for bringing them into the spotlight.  I always enjoyed watching ballroom dancing on PBS.

I wonder now if Skating With the Stars will be as successful.  Somehow I doubt it.  From the people I see that will appear in the first show, I don’t know any of them so how can I root for them?

It seems like all the REALLY big dogs are so gentle.  The Irish Wolfhound, the Newfies, and all those big guys.  It’s the little ones like the Chihuahuas, Jack Russels, and the little terriers you gotta look out for.  Yes, I know there are exceptions.  It’s like pit bulls.  All-in-all, they are sweetie pies but you get one that IS agressive and it’s probably the most dangerous dog there is.

You LIKE Jane?  While I admire her physical strength and tenacity, I think she’s a sneaky ol’ witch.  I don’t know where her intense hatred of Marty came from.  He’s never done anything to her (except in her little pea brain), and I don’t think Marty is a bad guy in the least.  He’s playing a very strategic game and has not lied or misled anybody.  In fact, I wouldn’t care if he won the whole enchilada.

I dispise Nanonka but now realize why they’re not voting her off.  As someone said (can’t remember who), if she goes down to the last two, she will easily lose the million dollars because everybody hates her.  Good reason to keep her around, although I’d keep a constant eye on her.

And Dan is in a similar boat.  He’s not threat to anybody so he’s going to fly under the radar until they have to get rid of him.  He’s never a threat in the challenges and also easily swayed to vote for who they tell him to.

This game sometimes really gives me a headache because I just can’t keep up with all the alliances and plotting.  I never know who’s telling the truth or lying their butt off.  So, I don’t try to figure anything out, I just watch and get surprised by whomever they vote off.

I never once saw her without a dress, heels, and full make-up and coiffed hair.  She was my DH’s cousin’s g.friend.  We wanted them to go camping with us once but she wouldn’t even think of it because it was "too dirty" and she wouldn’t be able to do her hair properly.  She was a piece of work.

We were going to the stock car races once and, I’m not kidding, it took her 2 1/2 hours to get ready.  She had to take a bath, wash her hair, put it in rollers, sit under the hair dryer (this was in the 50s before blow dryers), iron her dress, put on her make-up and comb her hair…all for the freakin’ STOCK CAR RACES!!!

Where I live there are five hospitals that are linked together as one association where they share testing, billing, etc.  Even though yesterday Caroline did say that she volunteered at St. Mary’s, it could be like our system here where she would have access to the records in all the hospitals in the association.

Then, as far as not being able to access patient records, it could be possible that a volunteer would be responsible for entering test results for patients as that would not be so far-fetched and something I could believe.  If that were the case, she would have access to test results for Chloe and easily be able to get in there to change them.

All that said though, I could never in the world believe that she, the devout Catholic that she is, would even consider doing such a thing.

ahead of time so you can thaw it out.  And you’d have to thaw the whole quart even if you only need like a cup.

I have found little milk packages that dont need to be refrigerated.  They are like the juice boxes and are usually found on the shelf in the baking section or by the canned milk.  They come four to a pack.  I keep them in my cupboard and then if I don’t have to use the entire box (they’re probably about 8 oz.), I don’t have to throw so much away.

They come in whole milk, low-fat, and chocolate and it’s real milk, not reconstituted.  How they can last on the shelf, I have no idea but I’ve kept them for a year.  I originally bought them for my "hurricane kit" [formerly my "earthquake kit"].  Every April 1st (beginning of hurrican season), I replace everything in it and use what I take out and the milk was fine.

Stephano is in his 80s and Victor is close to 80 and I think they both look pretty good too.  Of course, remember, make-up can do a lot for one’s looks!

Did you notice that everybody is paired with their respective SO?  BUT, Carly is next to Daniel, not Bo.  Hmmmm…

I had to LOL at a comment he made.  He said (paraphrased), it’s time for us to reach across the aisle and work with the Republicans for the…blah-blah-blah.  Huh?  Shouldn’t that have been something that should have been done two years ago?
