that Ian saved her life, or that she owes her life to him, or something like that.  What’s driving me crazy is why in the heck she hasn’t told him what’s going on and why they are married.  Instead she just stares at him with that horrible guilty look on her face and tears in her eyes.  Spit it out, girl.  You owe it to him.

I don’t know how they could take them from being so in love with their current relationships and jump into another one so fast.  Wait, what am I saying…they do that all the time.

Everybody has had some adversity in their lives growing up.  But it’s over and done with and dwelling on it isn’t going to help anything.  The best thing Sami could do at this point is get some psychological (or maybe even psychiatric) help.  She is in dire need of it.  She’s got to stop blaming everybody else for everything and start learning how to live her own life.

As for Carrie being the "golden child," I can understand that because she never gave Marlena the grief Sami did.  Now I know you don’t favor one child over the other but when you have one like Sami, it’s pretty difficult to do that.  I’m certainly not saying Marlena is blameless, just that I can understand the behaviors all the way around.

because I’m getting (well, guess I’m already there) old and can’t understand anybody on TV that well anymore so didn’t really notice.  I pretty much use it for any show except the ones where the dialog lags so far beyond what they are saying.

As to the character, I don’t like him either.  He is just SOOOO creepy.  When he was with Kate he really made my skin crawl.  I hope if he’s going to be around for long something changes and he grows on me (ewwwwww!!!) like Melanie did.

and thought it was very well done by both girls.  But certainly unjustified on Sami’s part.

I loved that Austin stood up for Carrie though.  That was a real punch in the stomach for Sami.  If I had been Carrie I would have told Sami if she didn’t get her nasty butt out of there, she’d call security.  I would NOT have put up with that nonsence.

I asked before but got no response.  I have no idea.  I love getting the little snips of what’s coming.  They stopped them once before too for a while.  I hope they come back.

she was a virgin.  Now THAT would have knocked his sox off.  Heck, if she’s going to lie, he might as go all the way.

But, you know, although he was very truthful and firm with her, I didn’t think he was emphatic enough.  I know he doesn’t want to hurt her but sometimes that’t the only way you’re going to get your point across.  I’m glad he finally told her he loved Carrie.  But I still get the feeling this isn’t going to be the end of it.  I sure hope she doesn’t turn into a stalker now.  Maybe Melanie can save her.

someone significant (to me, anyway) back from the dead, Bart would be one I’d vote for.  I always enjoyed his performances…much more than Rolf.

I guess I missed that.  Or I was so focused on what Madison was going to say I too didn’t hear it.  So, if Ian is this big-time business mogul, Brady should have recognized his name.

I think if someone introduced himself to me as Michael Eisner, I’d know in a second who he was.  And I’m not even in the business world.  Stopped reading the WSJ years ago.

we now know that Abby has become delusional in that she’s believing her own lies.  To me, this is just another case of character assassination because Abby has always been the level-headed, "good girl" and it doesn’t make much sense to me that she’d go off the deep end like this.  Although love does sometimes make one crazy.  Even though, I don’t think she’s actually in love, it’s more just infatuation.

I think she just needs a good figurative whop up along side the head.  Maybe Melanie will provide this for her.  She shouldn’t be mollycoddling her like she is but shaking her into reality.  A REAL friend would do that.

but no last name, only as Madison’s husband.  I still think someone qualified to be offered the job would be well known, even by Brady.  Madison wasn’t well known at first but they saw she could handle the job after watching her run Mad Cosmetics.

network TV than there is.  I can’t stand any of the sit-coms because of the stupid laugh track they use.  I just WILL NOT WATCH a show with a laugh track because it irritates me so.  I know, I know…

I’m watching a lot of cable shows.  I really like Merlin, Royal Pains, Burn Notice (a favorite) The Pawn Stars, The Little Couple and I discovered a new one last night.  It’s Steven Hawkings Sci-FI Masters on the Sci-Fi Cannel.  It’s kind of like a modern-day Twilight Zone.  The plot was a little thin but it’s an anthology with different stories each week.  They have big names (well sort of big, last night was James Cromwell (from Babe) and Sean Astin (from Lord of the Rings) and it was an interesting concept.

If there’s nothing else on, I’ll watch Dance Moms, Toddlers and Tierras, Horders, and American Super Mom.  These are all like train wrecks to me.  They are just so incredible that you wonder how people/kids can possibly be like that.  You start and you just can’t stop watching.

It’s just a good thing I belong to a book club and my Kindle or I’d watch more mindless TV than I already do.  Talk about a baby sitter, heck it’s a grandma sitter also.  :o)

They’ve really come up with some interesting twists on turns on that show.  Not terribly believable but interesting just the same.  I love ALL the characters on there although I think Gabby is my favorite.  She is just SOOOO shallow.  :o)

I was glad to see Orson return Sunday night.  I hope they can get back together.  I just hope they can tie everything together in the last episode and not leave us dangling like they did with The Sopranos.

I can say I do like the drama part of it but the music doesn’t turn me on.  (I just wish they wouldn’t lip-sync the songs, especially when they do the close-ups.)  And so far, it’s kind of formulaic too.  We knew this was going to cause problems in Karen’s relationship with Dev.  And who didn’t see the blond ending up in bed with the director?  My guess is she’ll get the part and then something will happen to her and Karen will take over and be the proverbial "Smash."*  I’ll try one more episode.

I’ve never seen what people see in Angelica Houston.  She leaves me cold but I’ve been impressed with Debra Messing’s performance.

    * This happened in real life in San Jose, CA.  The San Jose Civic Light Opera (not a good name as they presented musicals, not operas, but they ultimately changed it to American Musical Theater) was putting on Sondheim’s Phantom of the Opera (different than Webber’s but great show just the same). And the star fell and broke her leg during rehearsals just a couple of days before opening night.  Well, the understudy, a local girl and virtually unknown, took over and was a hugh smash.  Big write-ups in the papers, on the TV news, and everything.  I don’t know where her career ultimately went but she did an absoluty amazing job in the part.  She got standing ovations several times.  I went to the third performance and they were still giving ovations.  Life imitating art at its best.

That was nothing but the produce of media hype.  I was so terribly disappointed in the movie.  There wasn’t even a mild scare in the entire thing.
