some people on here have insisted it’s in another state. Although Salem Illinois is a little farther from Chicago than they portray on the show. It’s probably at least three or four hours away to right downtown. I’m not sure because it’s a long time since I’ve made that trip. We went there on a field trip in high school for the Lincoln history and remember leaving very early in the morning.

but didn’t want to question you. It may have something to do with her weird mother and her ethnicity. Just a thought.

except for that old bane of old age…a little more of her than the last time we saw her.

But since she’s basically always played Jen’s mother, I don’t have a problem with it. I wish they’d had told us where she lived since she hasn’t been there for Jen for anything, including losing her heart, her husband and, oh, a couple of other major events in her life.

I feel like TPTB were hoping he’d change his mind and come back. I think the kindest thing they could do is kill him off. It’d make for a great storyline and I think they could do a lot with Hope being a single parent. I can’t see a replacement.

My program notes on the TV still show Peter as being on the show. I would think they would have removed him by now if he was not coming back.

what two-year old is going to know the difference whether he was in New York or Brazil?

And what kind of mother teaches her son to lie?

be a nice storyline but I don’t think I could buy him in the role. He is just too smarmy for me.

But then, I didn’t like Brady at all when he first came on as an adult and criticized his acting up one side and down the other. But when they reformed him, I fell in love with Kyle AND the character of Brady. So, I have to keep an open mind.

I’m just really hoping Nicole doesn’t fall for him though. I’d much rather see her go back with EJ but, for some unfathomable reason, TPTB just don’t seem to want them together.

because that was the intent of the show from the beginning, written with tongue firmly planted in cheek and reality something to be ignored. But with Days, he took a beloved, long-lived, typical soap opera and ruined it. I couldn’t wait for them to can him. Sorry.

And I think she gets more so as she gets older.

I didn’t care for that dress at first but after taking a closer look I did. It just didn’t seem to be her style at first but adding the bright pink underneath made me like it better. And I loved her hair curly for a change.

through a whole week of that crap. No, JER was probably the worst writer Days ever suffered through. His stories drug on interminably as well as the pay-offs.

I don’t see anything in him either as an actor or a character.

From what he said to Nick the other day, it doesn’t sound like he’s going to do him any harm but to make him do something for him. It made me think it was maybe some kind of gambling scheme or something, taking advantage of Nick’s superior intelligence to set up something illegal that will get Vargas a lot of money. That’s why Nick said, “I don’t know if I’ll be able to do it again.”

should be disrespected, Melania and Donald, Jr. are just two people, no different than the rest of us. Just because they have a lot of money doesn’t mean they are entitled to, or should receive, special consideration. Actually, what Penn said was right on the money. They stumble all over themselves trying to impress them. Personally, I think all his kids have their noses in the air most of the time.

And I didn’t think what Steven said was that horrible. Yes, she is the owner, founder, yadda, yadda, of the company but isn’t she also the spokesperson? They talked like that was something bad.

I thought it was interesting that Dennis mumbles so badly even the closed captioning couldn’t pick up what he was saying.

I’m sure Trump will rearrange the teams next week but I hoping either Baldwin or that nutcase Gary goes. And, I too, really dislike Trace and the arrogant way he is acting. Hey, Trace, your poop smells bad…just like everybody else’s.

In a way I hate to see Nadia go because I have always liked her but they would have to do something very drastic now to save the character…maybe a brain tumor or some such thing.
