Participanteverything and every one she touches turns to $&-T ! She’s been a little hellion since she was 15 years old, and we may have all had bad days, or a year or two – but Sami has no brains to grow up and be an adult. If I were Lexi, I’d have Sami medically tested to see why she is in a permanent, pouty teenager, me, me, my mode.

Participantdidn’t take any guff from anyone! I look forward to great adventures with her again!

Participanthe will get his revenge on Vivy sooner or later. Just as long as nothing happens to my Victor…
Additon to above note that I sent earlier: Got to thinking about this a bit more when I was chatting with one of my Day’s pals…and I said – Poor Victor. He may be down for the count but not out for sure, Viv is no match, even on her best day, to what Vic can do to her! Vivy had better be careful and tread lighty or she may end up visiting Anna.

Participantanswered and the writers are trying to soften and redeem Sami??? After 15 years, Sami needs a make-over; not in the outside looks department because she is beautiful – but on the inside – where she is so ugly at times, with her personality and what makes her tick.

ParticipantI know she has just driven me up the wall the last year because I was a big fan of hers prior to her "…I’m doing this for my kids…" era. A few other fans from what I read are upset with the way Allison’s stories and lines for Sami are being written.
I am wondering if this is just a ratings ploy, Hollyweird has done that from time immortal. So it would be no big surprise for the show to float the rumors that Allison may not resign contract. Allison has been pretty smart in getting out on other shows and being seen. I just wonder if true, has she thought this completely through?
How many other soap stars leave for "greener pastures" and to become a big-name movie star…and may make one or two low budget movies only to go back to soaps to make a living. Allison is a great little actress, but there are thousands out there that are great too…and a lot younger – sad reality of Hollyweird – the shelf life of an actress is not very long these days, and not many are a Katherine Hepburn that can stand the test of decades.

Participant(I graduated at barley 17 – skipped 6th grade not that I was so smart, I just did well in class) and I also started kindergarten at 4 years old way back then in Texas so that made me younger than most too.
Anyway after high school, I went in to the recruiter’s with a guy friend when did his military testing. While I was waiting, the oh so handsome in his uniform recruiter asked me if I wanted to take the test too, (sucker for a guy in uniform still even now that I’m an old lady). I said I wasn’t 18 yet and had to go to college or else my dad would kill me.
This was early 70’s mind you. 26th Amenment got ratified in 1971. They said even if I was 18 I would still need my father’s permission – and women in the military had really tough stereotypes and connotations to overcome – you were either gay or a whore – that was only the civilian world thinking that BTW. Well, that got my dander up. With Vietnam still going, they would have considered any guy who was 18 and breathing walking through the door. We’ve come a long way baby! But if I’d gone to OSC after college, I could have retired by 40 with 20 years or 30 years by 50. I loved the military brat life, I know it was different actually being in the service but I sure do admire and respect and love anyone who served. Esprit de corps and all of it!
Thank you for your service KPRSTRS!

Participantsome of the drivel that some of the Salemites spout day after day after day after day…that’s why I depend on you folks at Salem Place to keep me in "the know" – so much easier (and better) to read your guysies witty banter than listen to Stephanie, Mel, Dan, Chloe or Sami drone on the same crappiola lines for months and months with no end.

ParticipantI don’t think the writer’s will ever let go of this tired ol’ bone between Sami and EJ and the children. It worked for a year (and it was interesting) but the writer’s go with the latest what works SL instead of being creative like you said. Now this story line just plain stupid. But having said that, I do know couples who have been in and out of court for years in battles over their children so we all could be in for another 20 years worth of SL’s of this $#-+

Participantwhat is in the product, I don’t buy them. Or any product that is made in China or anywhere else overseas – sometimes even factories in the USA goof up but at least there are guidelines.

ParticipantI always joke I didn’t know what a civilian was until I was in my mid-20’s – I thought they were just people who’s uniforms were at the cleaners…My flag flies 365 and I’m proud of all of our wonderful and brave troops too – I sleep so much better at night knowing we are all safe on their watch!

Participantpurchase some shampoo and cream rinse (doesn’t have to be expensive) and mail it to Phillip in care of Days, maybe all would get the hint-hint!
