Will is driving me crazy. It doesn’t seem in character for him to be going after his mom like that. I understood when he went after her, after catching her and EJ together, while she was with Rafe, but his excuse this time is that she’s being too hard on Abby? I don’t get it. I’m not happy with him at all right now. And EJ? Seriously. If he was so devoted to Sami and wanted to prove to her how much he loved her, why is he seeking out Abby? Telling her she’s beautiful? Looking at her longingly? I saw more remorse out of him during that "dream sequence" when he imagined what would happen if Sami found out about them than I have since she actually DID find out.
of course, there will always be those who hate Sami and think she deserves it. For me, he is the most ungrateful son a mother could have. Sami may not have always done right when he was young, but she had him when she was a teenager herself. However, she’s gone way beyond those years with protecting and loving her kids, and I, too, think what Will is doing to her is horrific. I do have the feeling, however, that this will come back on him in a way he never expected it would. This article is going to have huge consequences, on him as well as others it will hurt, and they will be far beyond his expectation. Personally, I hope he will pay an enormous price for his quest to “teach his mother a lesson.” Maybe he’ll be the one to learn a lesson from his decision instead. Either way, I’m sure Sami will forgive him before she leaves Salem.
I still don’t like the new Will, and this going after Sami in print isn’t helping me to like the character or actor any more.
as in Ken and Barbie. I think that’s going to be my new name for Ben and Abbey. Fits perfectly! He’s like a mannequin.
