I thought time has not been too kind to Laura in particular, I was shocked at her appearance. She looks like she may have gotten a bad facelift. And Mike’s age is beginning to show around his eyes and his face looks like he’s gained a little weight. Jen is starting to show her age but she’s still very beautiful.
Shane’s hair couldn’t be more attractive if they had intentionally dyed it that way. Although his face is starting to age, he still looks FABULOUS! And Marie doesn’t look much different that she did years ago. She must be doing something right.
Melissa doesn’t seem to have changed much but I was suprised to see what a ‘large’ girl she is, seeing her next to Jen. I don’t think I ever realized how tall she was. And I’m having a VERY hard time thinking of her as Nathan’s mother. She just doesn’t seem to be old enough.
We can certainly tell a lot of difference between those ‘kids’ that were in the flashbacks and these ‘mature’ people who returned for the funeral. Time marches on.
And seriously, I’d prefer to see someone age normally, than be "altered" to look artificially young.
I didn’t think JLB looked bad. She’s 61 and IMO looks just fine.
Yes, you sure can tell that time has passed – 80s big hair and such – but I think time has been kind to just about everyone.
And yes, Lisa Trusel is very tall – I remember that from way back. Her character was a dancer at one point, and I remember thinking she was too tall to be a dancer

I thought Hope looked particularly beautiful this week. I think she has gained a little weight and it looks great on her.
Mike still has it in my opinion! I’d love to have Bill H. stick around with his son Mike. Melissa, I thought was like 5’8". Ari Zucker is very tall too – she said she is keeping the additional 10 pounds from the pregnancy so she’s around 140 which seemed a lot to me but not for her height.
is to lighten her hair. That dullsville brown does nothing for her and going lighter would do wonders to brighten her face.
I think Ari Zucker’s weight gain is positive. I think she needed a few pounds and it gives her a softer, even prettier look.but she could use to gain a bit – she was looking pretty gaunt for awhile, 10 lbs would not hurt her at all. I think it would make her face look younger. She is such a beautiful woman. I have ten pounds to she can have!
I noticed that Mike’s face looked alittle fuller and a few more wrinkles but still sexy as always! Jen looked wonderful, loved that black and white dress she had on! Julie looks absolutely georgous as always! Carrie looked the same but still beautiful. I didnt think Kim looked bad, I like her fire red hair on her! Kayla looked the same, and yes it’s hard to picture Melissa as Nathan’s mom, she looks much to young!
I still think she’s too thin. I like the dress but her arms are like sticks. She needs to put on some weight, I think it would help her features soften and look less severe.
I hadn’t watched in about a year and just started about a month ago. When Hope wore the black dress for the funeral, you could see (when she turned sideways) that she had definitely gained a few pounds – and I think she looks terrific! Her face isn’t looking as gaunt as it had before. The weight gain hasn’t (and I’m guessing won’t) affect her arms at all. I can gain and lose weight and my arms and legs remain very thin no matter what.
I just checked IMDB. Lisa Trusel trained as a dancer so that was surprising! I agree, she doesn’t look like a dancer. The actress is only 14 years older than the actor who plays her son – Lisa is only 42, a little young to have a son who has already been through med school!
Unfortunately, I think the dress Lisa/Melissa wore to the funeral wasn’t flattering and just made her look bigger.
Although I don’t care for this shade of brown, it is much better than the nearly jet black color she had on a few months ago when Mickey died. I agree, she needs to go lighter it would give her a softer look. Ari looks beautiful no matter what. Speaking of hair, so glad Adrienne is blonde again, didn’t care much for the red and I wish Kimberly would change her hair color too.
